Don't think there are many things to dislike, the platform is user friendly and only takes a bit to learn to navigate

You have multiple options to receive your payment where you need to, and even distribute it into your different accounts if you'd like. The platform is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It may take around 2-5 business days to get your payment visible in your accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes international payroll and compliance incredibly simple. I appreciate how easy it is to onboard contractors and employees globally without having to worry about complex legal requirements in each country. The platform is user-friendly, and the customer support is responsive and knowledgeable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, the platform can be slow to load or a bit clunky when navigating between features. I’d also like to see more flexible options for customizing contracts or payment methods based on local preferences.

Deel is solving the challenge of managing international hiring, payroll, and compliance in one centralized platform. Before using Deel, working with global contractors meant dealing with complex tax laws, payment logistics, and inconsistent contracts. Now, everything is handled seamlessly—contracts are localized, payments are automated, and compliance is built in. This saves us time, reduces legal risk, and allows us to scale our team globally with confidence.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy and intuitive it is to manage contracts and get paid. As a freelancer working with international clients, Deel has simplified every part of the process — from creating task-based agreements to receiving fast and transparent payments through Wise. I also appreciate the clean user interface and how everything is clearly organized. It gives me peace of mind knowing that everything is compliant and professionally handled.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, it's a pretty complete tool and I've been using it for years!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelancer, I no longer have to worry about creating my own contracts, chasing invoices, or managing different payment platforms. Deel automates everything, making it easy to stay organized and get paid on time. It saves me hours of admin work and gives me more time to focus on actual client work.

I think it is an excellent tool for managing freelance-type contracts, and I consider it to be fast, it is also very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any problems with it so far. It has many things to input, more than a bank, and sometimes it can be annoying, but I still find it very good.

I think it's very good for managing my money since I can withdraw at any time, and the matter of signing contracts is also very simple.

As a user, what I liked most about Deel was how easy it made everything—from signing my contract to getting paid internationally without headaches. The platform is super user-friendly, and it gave me clear visibility into my payments, taxes, and documents all in one place.

What I liked least about Deel was the occasional lack of transparency or delays in payment processing times. While the platform generally works well, there were moments where I wished there was clearer communication around when exactly payments would arrive, especially with international transfers.

The peace of mind I had knowing that everything was legally compliant, no matter where I was working from. It really made working remotely across borders feel simple and professional.

it is missing to have a deel card that allows to withdraw money from ATM

Validation process is tedius also my identification document was near to expire so I had to enter the document again.

Usually when I submit a withdrawal request, the money is available almost instantly with the instant card transfer and that’s super helpful!
