A great all around payment management platform
What do you like best about the product?
Exceptional customer service. I was facing an issue with the app, and within minutes of reaching out with my concern, customer support contacted me. We set up a call and figured it out. The entire experience was supremely professional and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much to say here, I'm a happy customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows us to receive payments on time. With Deel, once we are paid, the payment arrives in our Deel accounts within a day or two. Then we have the flexibility to withdraw any amount to any of our bank accounts easily (and often without a fee). The Deel card makes online payments easy and hassle-free. The Deel card can also be added to Google Wallet, making it much more accessible.

The various withdrawal methods available, as well as the options to have both a virtual and physical card.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I am unable to withdraw money with my physical feel card

Its interface is useful and compact. Withdrawal methods are easy to add, unlike other platforms.

Makes international payment really easy
What do you like best about the product?
That it's an application that makes international payment really easy and simple, with easy integration with banks and transfer currencies apps like Wise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike until now, had a problem with the onboarding on the beginning but the tech support team promptly worked on it and solved it.

Making the transfer of my payment to my bank account in my currency.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and understand. However, the customer service attention seems poor to me.
What do you dislike about the product?
When I have needed help, I cannot find it easily and communicating with any of your collaborators has been very difficult for me.

Simplify the required payroll information and allow it to be easily consulted at any time and from any device.

The Dell app is easy to use! Timesheets, contracts and documents, and pay information is all in one place.

There is a lot of information, but it’s all in one place.

I can see my contract information, hourly rate, accrued pay, and update my withdrawal information all in the app.

I love how it easily allows me to add multiple payment options. I always received important notifications about my transactions and the benefit of Deel Advance.

I don't dislike anything about Deel. No issues.

What do you like best about the product?
It has been easy to use from the start, not only do you have all your information and also your employers information it also helps you integrate and understand the appropiate tax forms better. When it comes to accessing and withdrawing your funds, it makes the experience so much smoother and faster than other apps and everything is explained really clear within the app, the notifications make it even easier to keep track of all the movements and the 2FA gives you that extra layer of security and protection.

There is no dark mode, I think it would be a good option to have.

As an international freelance employee it helped me figure out the kind of forms I had to fill out to have everything in order regarding tax forms
