What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pay my contractors in one platform
What do you dislike about the product?
The submittal date needs to be called something else, like pay cycle date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I manage bi-monthly payroll cycles via Deel for international team members.
What do you like best about the product?
All one-off payments require approval, it's easy to find data in the system, and we have a reliable partner to manage international team members.
What do you dislike about the product?
Team members from one country complain that exchange rates and fees are more than other platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our CSM is working on ways to address team members from the specific country's concerns about exchange rates and fees. I do believe our CSM has found a solution. This would save our team a lot of time and effort with these team members if the solution works.

Responsive customer service and helpful in solving problems
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the platform is not flexible, and we need to contact customer service to solve issues.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were not aware that an EOR payment has an cut-off timing and promised our new starter that they will get pay at EOM without waiting until the end of next month.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has allowed us to grow our business internationally. Through their platform we have streamlined our processes and ensured compliance is top priority. The Deel team has been very responsive to ensuring our business needs are met. They have been able to meet the complexity of having multiple entities in various regions with a streamlined system and appropriate access & credentialing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to having a CSM there were some challenges with going through general support (just took a bit of time) however, this changed and we have a fantastic Customer Success Manager we LOVE working with regularly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to have project based contractor option has been really helpful. Additionally, their hiring guides by region and support around all key topics- benefits, time off, & compliance has been very valuable to us.
Deel makes managing relationships with team members outside of the US simpler and our CSM is amazing

Accessing Hiring guides through website rather than in our portal

Our CSM is a great resource and has helped us through hiring and ending relationships in various countries and situations

Platform is very easy to use, super friendly and helpful staff (and our great CSM - Tiago!) Creating contracts is easy, the holiday calander is great.

Quick, Clear, and Fair
What do you like best about the product?
Deel was wonderful to work with. We onboarded quickly, payroll ran easily and automatically, and the fees are certainly fair. I will definitely use Deel again.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was no downside! Everything that I needed was available and worked well. I will definitely use Deel again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had one employee out of the US and didn't want to set up our own entity there or figure out hiring and tax laws, and Deel did it all for us with just a few clicks!

managing international employees within the same platform, and gaining all the helpful insights about specific employment requirements in each of these countries at a touch of a button

Nothing, we have found Deel to be very userfriendly and helpful. We have had quick responses on queries and great support when having to deal with more complex people management issues.

managing complex employment laws in other countries, being able to employ globally with ease without any worry or concern.
