that they have incorporated everything related to HR

From past few months I am using deel to receive international payments

The deel user interface for best for a newbie, and that just started to receive international payments without any third party
What do you dislike about the product?
Their app slightly consumes high internet and to receive payment to your bank account could take time like 4,5 days
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Currently I live in India where reciving international payments can be challenging that deel solved in easy way and main thing is that without third party member freelancers can get money

The exchange from dollar to peso is lower than in other apps.

There is no problem solving at the moment.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is its seamless approach to global workforce management. The platform makes it incredibly easy to hire, pay, and manage employees and contractors from anywhere in the world. The automated compliance features ensure that we stay up-to-date with local laws and regulations, while the user-friendly interface makes the whole process so much more efficient. The ability to handle payroll in multiple currencies, along with the flexibility to manage both full-time employees and freelancers, has been a huge benefit to our team. Overall, Deel makes global expansion and remote work smoother and less complicated.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel is a powerful platform, one thing I’d say could be improved is the customer support response time. Occasionally, it can take a bit longer to get a resolution for more complex issues, which can be frustrating when trying to move quickly. Additionally, some users may find the platform's features overwhelming at first, especially if they’re new to global payroll and compliance tools. A more intuitive onboarding experience could help with that. Overall, though, these are minor issues compared to the platform's many strengths.

Deel solves several key problems related to managing a global workforce. First, it simplifies the complexities of international hiring by ensuring compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations in different countries. This is incredibly beneficial because it allows us to hire talent from anywhere in the world without worrying about the legal intricacies. Additionally, Deel makes payroll processing easy by offering multi-currency support and automating tax calculations, saving us a lot of time and effort. This means we can focus more on growing our team and business, rather than getting bogged down in administrative tasks. Overall, Deel has made managing remote employees much smoother and more efficient, which directly benefits our productivity and global expansion goals.

I dont know if it has lower conversion rate than other platform, but it takes considerable amount of fees

It solves pain points of signing a freelance contractor which based in other countries, it helps legal and administrative work easier for me
Decent enough platform

It streamlines payroll. The last platform I used for payroll didn't have my contract available, for example.

$5 charge for US bank account withdrawal, which is free in other platforms

Deel makes the payroll process centralized in one place, which makes it easier for me to locate files (contract, for example) and data (salary) I need

When i make an internacional withdrawn it take longer! And also y would like to have the opción in deel to withdrawn my money with N1co card.

It easy to ask for my money, i used different plataform before and it was not easy to get my money as an internacional transacciones.
So far, my experience with Deel has been excellent. They have been punctual with payments.

The most helpful thing about Deel was that I received exactly the amount they stated, with no surprise fees or unexpected deductions.

The only thing I didn’t like is that they charge me $5 to send the money in dollars.
