What do you like best about the product?
I like that Deel has a clean and intuitive interface, making it easy to navigate. It proactively reminded me about an expiring document and verified it quickly. Payments are processed smoothly, and withdrawals are fast with reasonable fees. Overall, it’s a hassle-free experience.

I haven't encountered any major issues with Deel. So far, everything has worked smoothly and efficiently for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Onboarding with Deel is an absolute breeze! The platform is incredibly intuitive, so you don’t have to waste time searching for settings or figuring out how to set up your account. The sleek and user-friendly design makes the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. No need to stress about uploading signatures — Deel handles it effortlessly. Managing your profile is straightforward, and the verification process is impressively simple. Just scan a QR code, upload your documents via mobile, and you’re all set. Highly recommend for a hassle-free experience!
What do you dislike about the product?
Adding PayPal as a payout method on Deel is frustrating and unnecessarily complicated. It’s unclear whether it's a bug or the platform requires the same email as your PayPal account, but it won’t let me add my account. While the verification process itself is straightforward, Deel asks for an excessive number of documents, which feels intrusive and raises serious privacy concerns. Overall, the experience was more frustrating than it needed to be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel has made it incredibly easy for me to receive payments from international clients on a contractual basis, all while staying fully compliant with local and global regulations. The platform handles the complexities of cross-border transactions, so I don’t have to worry about navigating legal requirements or dealing with complicated paperwork. Everything — from contract creation to payment processing — is streamlined and hassle-free. This gives me the confidence to focus on my work, knowing that Deel takes care of the administrative side and ensures I get paid securely and on time.

Deel has a very easy to use interface and an extremely intelligent AI virtual assistant. What I like most about using Deel is the security with two-factor authentication and the automatic transfer to my bank account.
I also think the referral system is really cool.

Deel makes it easy for me to receive payments for freelance services provided to a company outside my country.
Was concerned about using it, now I'm relieved
What do you like best about the product?
I used OnTop for 2 Years and struggled sometimes with it, specially delays, while Deel in my very 1st week provided a much better and faster experience, and higher rates for conversions, plus I was able to link it to some of my virtual wallets with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app could use some optimizations, since I noticed the it sometimes closes and you need to start over with the process of updating info, but apart from that, I haven't encountered any issues in my very 1st week using it.

Conversions mostly, and transactions delays.
