deel amazing platform!
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great tool for collecting payment from my job. It has an option called "Deel advance" that allows me to receive an advance if needed. It is easy to use and works very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even thou it is great, the fee to deel advance could be lower.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract management, and getting paid.

Sometimes since everything is computationally there are some platform to log in. But is part of the interface technology nature.

What do you like best about the product?
Going through the hiring process with Deel was very nice and smooth. I always felt very welcomed and had the chance to schedule every interview meeting. They showed truly that as company they have values of collaboration and positive work environment

At the moment, there's nothing that I dislike about Deel
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel can solve many problems regarding HR, Payroll and anything related to hiring people all around the world. I had the opportunities to be hired as contractor through their platform and it was very easy and quick to complete all the steps needed to get my contract and very intuitive to know how to receive my payments

What do you dislike about the product?
I'm disappointed with the live exchange rates offered. Improving these rates would greatly enhance the overall value of the service.

Deel solves the challenge of overseas payment withdrawals by ensuring quick and seamless transactions without delays. This efficiency has made receiving international payments hassle-free, allowing me to focus on work rather than worrying about payment processing times.

Overall, my experience with Deel has been positive. The platform provides a seamless way to manage global contracts, payments, and compliance, making it a valuable tool for remote teams and international hiring.
Clear information, customizable, user-friendly
What do you like best about the product?
It's really easy to set up. You don't even need to know your actual account number, nor the swift number for international transfers, nor provide a ton of documentation; you just need to add a valid debit card, and you're good. You can even divide your transfers automatically between several cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, nothing, is the best system I have used yet. There is a fee, though, but that is really more an issue of the banks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Instead of praying that the US dollar hits a high mark exactly the day I'm getting paid, I can simply let the dollars sit in the account, and I can instantly transfer as much os as little as I need in my local currency.

What do you like best about the product?
Using deal has been a game changer for me i was able to easily track my submitted workdays and see my salary details including the amount transfer to my account during emergencies i could get an advance on my salary which was incredibly helpful whenever i face any issues deals customers for this was available 24/7 through video call chat or email they always responded within the time frame they provided ensuring my concerns or address promptly.

Downside limited integrations while deal of first many integrations it has fewer options compared to the some competitors

Deel solution have made managing my payroll more straightforward and stress free allowing me to focus on my work without worrying about my salary.

While Deel is excellent overall, transaction fees on some payout methods could be lower.

As a freelancer/contractor, I don’t have to worry about setting up complex legal agreements or dealing with international banking issues. Deel ensures timely and secure payments, giving me financial stability and allowing me to focus on my work instead of administrative hassles
