Easy onboarding guided step by step
What do you like best about the product?
It was great for me because it was my first time as a contractor. Deel was really helpful and made everything easy to understand. Signing the contract was simple and intuitive. They also made it easy for me to sign up for my local bank account and set up another account to use as a savings account.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, so good. But I have to finish the onboarding for a document (local requirement) that isn't available yet. I have to pay upfront to let me finish the process after I receive the first payment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allow to work with companies outside my country and receive the payment in a easy way.

As a freelancer this is a good solution

instant payments, virtual and physical cards to use.

It is not possible to buy crypto with the card

I am an immigrant who fled my country and arrived without legal documents from my home country. I only have a safe conduct pass from the current country where I now live. Deel assisted me with the verification process, and I am receiving my payments without any issues.

Nothing as of this moment that caught my attention. Maybe as a next item in their roadmap Deel can have a Mobile App.

It's making payroll management fairly easy for everyone.

Deel offers quality services and excellent usability, in addition to using cutting-edge technologies in its solutions.

Deel offers support from payroll payment to onboarding and supply delivery.
Their chat support eliminates the need to call them. Almost all the time, it gets resolved.

If they don't fix it ASAP, they follow-up on the status.

Cannot create a personal account, strictly for business unlike other platforms like Wise, Paypal, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is the ease of use, and I also like that it tells you how long until your money arrives. Deel is undoubtedly one of the best platforms for receiving payments from abroad.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any negative comments, but if I had to add something, it's that there are limitations in Argentina. The Deel card has a high cost to request it and charges a fee every time it is used.
