I’m in a so bad situation right now. I have a PR in Serbia. And I can’t withdraw my money to my business account with the following error “payment provider doesn’t allow withdrawal to your location”. This situation keeps unresolved for 2 weeks. I need to take loans to pay for rent and accounting because if blocked withdrawals. Deel didn’t reply and the issue is still unresolved. Can’t recommend this to anyone.

Problems are solving slowly without any result. They like to answer with soulless templates without bothering about your situation.

What do you like best about the product?

I like its simplicity and the ability to send money internationally.

The verification process is complicated, and it takes several days to verify my account.

Easy to use with clear instructions, plus fast withdrawals and a good exchange rate. I also love the advance feature because it has helped me out in emergencies.

Nothing else so far. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the software has been getting updated too often lately.

I find its working environment very easy to use, and it inspires trust. Because of that, you don’t need to spend too much time figuring out what to do or learning how it works.

the biggest benefit is transparency and simplicity. I can clearly see my payment details, expected timelines, and documentation without needing to follow up or rely on multiple systems or emails.

What do you like best about the product?

Clear simple UI. Shows workspac, finance clearly. Also, It provides multiple perks like headout , mentorcrusie coupons. There support system is slow but good, My money stuck once, it got refunded.

Only Customer Support Is little slow, rest is good.

You can recieve your money safely in deel, because people cant transfer between countries easily. Deel charges very minimal charges as compared to its competitors

The biggest benefit is how much time and operational effort it saves. It streamlines payroll by reducing manual calculations, lowering compliance risk, improving payment transparency, and helping ensure employees and contractors are paid accurately and on time worldwide. As a result, teams can spend more time focusing on business growth rather than getting bogged down in day-to-day payroll administration.

What do you like best about the product?

I really like having support through the app and being able to reach a real agent who can handle my more complex questions. I also consistently get a fast resolution.

What do you dislike about the product?

The only thing I can think of is that I’d prefer to receive biweekly payments instead of monthly payments, but everything else is really good.

They’re helping me get employed in Guatemala, working for a US-based company, while still receiving all the benefits required under local law.
