Best way to get paid as an EOR or contractor
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has honestly made remote work so much easier for me. I’ve been hired through the platform both as a Contractor and as an EOR, so I can confidently say the experience is super seamless in both cases.
When you’re an EOR, everything runs automatically—you don’t even need to log into the platform, except to request your PTO.
As a Contractor, you just need to add any expenses you have, and that’s it. No monthly stress, no chasing payments. It really takes a load off. Plus, you have multiple options for withdrawing your money, depending on what works best for you, definitely a win!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I think is a bit overpriced are some of the fees when moving money around (depending on the method you use) as contractors.

Getting paid easily as a contractor is saving me time and taking away the stress of dealing with invoices every month. It also offers multiple withdrawal methods, which helps tremendously too!

What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support, I liked that they responded within minutes my questions, and included all the necessary steps to solve my issue. Its very easy to withdraw money and to setup your account. You can actually see if your payment was approved, you receive notifications everytime you get paid, and so forth.

So far I havent found anything i dont like about it.

Get paid by and intentational company without needing to setup my own payroll application.
Easy to use platform, onboarding -> first payment with zero complexity
What do you like best about the product?
Getting onboarded was super smooth, no annoying contracts on various different websites.
Setting up my payment information was also super smooth, really didn't need to do much.
Don't have to login and check frequently to look at things - which is perfect, I don't want to be checking every month to make sure my payments come through.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing of significance I can tell so far. The 'rewards' or 'benefits' are definitely a bit lackluster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to get paid, and have people around me who need to be paid in multiple currencies and different amounts and different times. Deel handles all this, I don't have to think, they don't have to think - really takes off any burden from payroll.

Deel is the best way to get your payments done, specially if you are a Brazilian citizen! You get received payment using Pix! If you have any questions about filling any form on Deel, just check its huge Q&A base.
