Reliable and Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes receiving payments as a contractor incredibly smooth. Payments are always on time, and I love the flexibility of choosing how to withdraw my funds—whether it’s a bank transfer, PayPal, or even crypto. The automatic invoicing feature saves me a ton of time, and the interface is intuitive and easy to navigate. Plus, their customer support is excellent; anytime I’ve had a question, they’ve been quick and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were even more local currency options for payouts in certain countries. That being said, the reliability and ease of use make up for it, and it’s still the best payment platform I’ve used so far!

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, user friendly, and can be used for more than 1 organization simultaneously. Customer support is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The exchange fee feels a burden even if it's small and it took 2 to 3 days to receive money so I cannot keep money there for long.

I am an Indian resident and work for a foreign country hence I receive payments in USD and Deel converts them into INR.

Deel does not support Deel card in Nicaragua yet

They have multiple withdrawal options which is awesome

Had basic instructions, told me what I should expect regarding my paycheck processing time, very simple to use.

I think the main thing I disliked was unfamiliarity with the layout of the website.

It is easy to use, the screens are friendly and intuitive, and the panel describes the most important things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is a lack of more information about the withdrawal of the money. I particularly took 2 days to be able to move it to 2 platforms like AirTm and a Wallet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The information provided about withdrawing money is not very detailed, and that creates distrust. A solution would be to provide concrete examples of each case in video.
