The best way to do contracts!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I get to count the days before I get paid. It’s like a game, makes me feel secure too.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I have to pay a fee after certain amount of money If I want to transfer it.

I’m an International worker and Deel helps me to get paid.

Great Platform for Payroll
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Deel for 3 years now and it's been the best platform for contracted payroll, including sending and receiving contracts and receiving pay. It's super easy to use and I've never had any issues with Deel ever at all.
The fees aren't as high as other payment platforms to be honest. There are other platforms that charge significantly more than Deel.

What do you dislike about the product?
Withdrawal to local banks outside the USA require going through payoneer (never use to be the case). Payoneer is extremely expensive with high fees and I'd love if we could revert to Local transfers going directly to the bank instead of being deposited through Payoneer.

They provide a really easy way to honor contacts and pay contractors intentionally.

Deel is my favorite has a freelancer handling international payments. It’s easy to use, payments are fast, and there’s no hassle with contracts or compliance. Definitely makes life easier!
It has several different withdrawal methods which makes it easy. The fact that they cap international transfer fee to $10 is a plus for me, compared to others, the other fees for paypal and payoneer transfers are about the same.

The platform is super intuitive, payments are tracked and processed smoothly, and customer support is quick to respond. It’s great to know everything will be handled properly, with nothing to worry about. A great way to manage international contracts and payments without any hassle.

Deel made it super easy to manage international contracts and payments without worrying about compliance or delays. I can just focus on my work and trust that they'll take care of the rest.
Too efficient, simple, practical, and fast
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the ease of payments as there are no delays and everything is established in the contract that Deel helps manage with the employer. I have really liked the Deel card and the analysis it provides of the expenses made. Additionally, the rewards give that magnificent touch to the application!
What do you dislike about the product?
For Colombia, the physical card is a bit expensive due to shipping, that would be the only thing.

Previously, payments were delayed and did not arrive on the established day, so it was frustrating to be dealing with human resources. Now it's great to have everything established and on time.

It meets my needs and I found Deel easy to use, set up, and administer. A user-friendly website and easy access are the two best features of Deel.

At this stage, I do not see any downside.
