What do you like best about the product?
I loved one of the features that states that client approved the work and each process of client's payment. The contract system is very good, easy and straight forward for client and user. Additionally, exchange rate to INR is better than PayPal and AirTm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any exchange fee during the withdrawal, after withdrawal I noticed exchange fee which is charged by PayPal and AirTm.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of contract basis payment system is more beneficial for me, where I work on contract basis and get paid for that. Contract system is not available in PayPal and AirTm.

What do you like best about the product?
A lot of features, and they are easy to understand, to use, very intuitive. The UX is very clear, easy, and fast. The UI is not bloated.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of the moment, but I hope the exchange fee when withdrawing my balance can be reduced.

Deel makes hiring and paying international contractors and employees incredibly easy. The interface is user-friendly, and payments are processed smoothly in various currencies. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful whenever issues arise.

The onboarding process can feel a bit pushy—they’re very insistent on completing all the steps right away, even if you’re not ready. It’s great that they guide you through everything, but sometimes you just want to explore the platform at your own pace!

Deel simplifies international contractor payments by handling compliance, invoice documents, and currency conversions effortlessly. I no longer have to worry about legal complexities or delays in payments, everything is automated and smooth. It saves me a lot of time and ensures that payments reach contractors on time without any hassle.

What do you like best about the product?
It was really easy to get started with Deel. The on-boarding is clear and easy with proper guidance though all the steps. Customer Support is also quick to respond in case there are any unclear points. There are also mobile apps which keep you up to date by sending you push messages on important updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I had to provide compliance documents where it was not totally clear what is needed. Some more work is probably needed there to help the users with that, but support was quick to respond to any questions here as well.

Deel makes it really easy as a contractor to start receiving payments from clients. The included contract management and signing features make it really easy to get on-boarded with new clients.
