What do you like best about the product?
Deel Payroll has been a game-changer for our global team. It streamlines the payroll process, ensuring that payments are timely, accurate, and compliant with local laws in multiple countries. The ease of use and seamless integration with other platforms makes it incredibly efficient. It’s especially helpful in managing employees from various regions with different payroll requirements, and the automation features have saved us so much time. I also appreciate the transparency it offers in terms of tax and compliance. The ease of implementation was a major plus, as we were able to set it up and start using it without a long onboarding process.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Deel Payroll is fantastic overall, the customer support could be improved in terms of responsiveness. There were instances when it took a bit longer than expected to resolve certain queries, which can be frustrating when you’re working with tight deadlines. Additionally, I think the platform could benefit from more customization options for reporting, as some of the default formats don't fully align with our needs. In terms of frequency of use, we rely on Deel Payroll regularly and have found it to be very efficient. However, it could still be optimized further for ease of access. But overall, these are minor issues compared to the benefits it provides.

Deel Payroll has been crucial in solving the complexity of managing global payroll. It eliminates the administrative burden of manually ensuring compliance with varying laws and tax requirements in different countries. The automation and integration with other tools make it far easier to handle payroll for a diverse workforce, saving us valuable time and reducing errors. This has also made it much easier to scale the team internationally without worrying about payroll complexities.

The login system always has to authenticate every time I sign in.

Great OOO & holiday visibility, but time tracking feels overly convoluted
What do you like best about the product?
You can view who's OOO very easily, track public holidays, and see when your payment has been approved.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time tracking is extremely convoluted. You can't just plug in your total weekly hours; you have to go day-by-day. Also, the fact that your funds get deposited into Deel first, and then you have to transfer them to your bank, makes it so that you're even more delayed in getting your money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me expense my hours as an IC to the company I work with.
