Convenient
What do you like best about the product?
Deel has been very easy to use and very helpful for us employees. We can manage our working hours and see the fruit of our hardwork right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything about Deel and I love it.

I never had problems with Deel.
I have used Deel to receive peyments ina very efficient way.
What do you like best about the product?
Firstly I was captured by the beautiful interface design. I like the fact that I have all my employee information there, I can easily access my contract, I can see when Im gonna get paid and all in just one app.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are many buttons and some actions could be performed in less steps, it also takes my phone a while to load it (this may be mi phone tho).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have my payments when promised, there are never delays in getting, which is common for other apps.

I like that they provide support 24h every day and I get any info I need for my payments

There’s no downside, the problem might be with companies that use Deel to pay the employees, but issues ouside of Deel, not inside Deel at all, Deel does everything correctly and follows all labour laws

Deel has experts in HR to comply with legal requirements in all countries they do payments

Easy to use and update. Easy to use and you know what to do when navigating the app.

None. There are time salary is delayed to the client payment arrangement

I really like how user friendly it is! I normally am scared to navigate these websites, but it is easy to navigate and has a lot of features to support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that I have to download the app to get 2FA. there are multiple ways i can get 2FA- verify phone number, email, etc. But they force you to download their app as the only option- I dont like that

What do you like best about the product?
As an independent contractor working with International clients, I’ve always faced challenges with international payments, especially from the US to India. The USD to INR conversion, banking delays, and back-and-forth emails made the process frustrating and time-consuming.
Since switching to DEEL, everything has become significantly easier. Instead of manually sending invoices and following up for payment, I can now generate invoices directly within the DEEL platform. The process is streamlined, and payments are processed much faster, eliminating the hassle of constant follow-ups with clients.

What do you dislike about the product?
Haha i know its how the company makes money, although it charges a tiny chunk, the only complain would the transaction fee. The rest is great!

Invoicing was initially sent via email, and it would take a while to get approved and process. This whole process would take weeks, and i wouldn't have any update of it. And sometimes there has been times when the client has forgotten to process the invoice. But with deel i can track everything.
