When transactions were delay , the support team helped me asap
Sleek and well-designed platform
What do you like best about the product?
Very clear and easy to understand. The UI is neat and the information given on each screen is useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is a bit slow to load, and doesn't seem to work great on Firefox (but much better on Chrome).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a freelance worker, I've never seen such an easy contractualisation process. Pay seems to be very well managed too.
Perfect experience
What do you like best about the product?
I didn't know there was such a fast way to transfer money to from Deel to my Account l. The commission fee are very low and money comes into the account in few seconds. Recommended for everyone

Nothing, the experience it's definitely positive.

I always struggled with the transfer time and fees and I see that Deel it's the solutions of my problems.

It is a very user friendly platform and really like the third party platform integrations such as Wise

I like the product, nothing negative to add

It is managing the payments from my employer in overseas which is quite handy

It's Instand and the advance option is really helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much. The transfer before weekends is a challenge but you can implement perhaps an instant pay option with additional charges.

Transfer of money. the benefit is getting paid.
Excellent choice for international user
What do you like best about the product?
Honestly, I was amazed at how straightforward and user-friendly the software is. As an international user, I like that the features are clean and easy to understand. All the forms I needed to complete are descriptive and easy to fill in.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I like everything about Deel. Very interactive and almost feel like dealing with another human at the other end. Great that provide email and chat support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As international contractor, I had to fill in tax form and it was very easy to navigate and complete. I believe Deel is onto something — bridging a gap in terms of providing a contractor payment platform with the necessary paperwork online.
Great product for tracking freelance hours and getting paid
What do you like best about the product?
The software is great to use. My contracts are all in one place with current status. I can log hours, get them approved and have the payment automatically distributed to my bank account. Verification was simple, I liked that I got to switch from using a desktop pc to my mobile phone. There are lots of great features like splitting payments to multiple accounts. I initially had a small issue with one of my contracts, the support team was highly responsive and worked diligently to get it resolved.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot think of a single thing not like about Deel.

It solves the issue of submitting freelance work and getting paid. It benefits me because the process it easier than the previous software and I get paid on time.
User Friendly & Quick
What do you like best about the product?
I work internationally so freelance work means transferring money abroad. Deel has made it super easy to have actual clear contracts that both parties sign and have a 0 fee transfer of money after completion. Super easy for the contractor and employer to use

I get bombarded with tasks at the beginning but now I’ve completed all of them!

It is definitely solving the problem with internationally transferring money between countries. I have issues because I am in the Uk and I work with people from US. Super easy invoices as well which is helpful with tax
