Very easy to get started, and have good financial tools like Deel Card that make spending your money very easy.

I haven't had any bad experience with Deel Payroll

As a contractor, it helps my client hire me without having an entity in my home country. This makes it easy to work remotely. Additionally, they offer streamlined ways to withdraw and spend my funds.

The initial setup was pretty easy, with quick onboarding and simple contract setup, and payments were ready in just a few days.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, it's mostly smooth, but sometimes customer support is slow, and a few advanced reporting features could be better. Also, integration with some local banks can be tricky. We'd love more detailed payroll analytics, like per-project cost breakdowns, tax summaries by country, and customizable export options. Right now, reporting is a bit basic for our global dev team's needs.
