What do you like best about the product?
Deel is an incredible platform that truly simplifies everything related to global hiring and payments, but what stands out the most for me as an employee is Deel Advance. Having the ability to access a portion of my salary before payday, without hassle or complicated processes, provides an unparalleled sense of financial security and flexibility.
Beyond that, Deel’s user-friendly interface, seamless payroll system, and compliance handling make it feel like everything is taken care of effortlessly. It’s empowering to work with a platform that prioritizes both companies and employees, ensuring smooth operations and financial well-being.

To be honest: nothing. Everything works great!

Deel eliminates the complexities of global payroll, ensuring timely and hassle-free salary payments. It streamlines contracts, compliance, and transactions, so I never have to worry about delays or paperwork. This reliability gives me peace of mind and allows me to focus entirely on my work.

CUS Experience -- highly intuitive and easy to use and connect with a way to withdraw to another account.

At the moment, N/A. - - I don't know if there is a minimum amount that must remain in the account or any tax, but at the moment, I don't know yet. - -
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If I understand the question correctly, this facilitates managing to avoid double taxation, and having clarity on withholding and compliance with tax authorities - it is easy to download documents for accounting purposes.

Savings on taxes, ease of use, and versatility. Having a stable currency helps me save on every purchase.

4 months and I still haven't found any flaws, I will continue testing

The first problem was a platform that, upon receiving my payments, wouldn't take too much money for currency exchange. Use a platform that could be received anywhere in the world and would be convenient for me as well as for the payer.

The fact that I need to use MFA to sign in almost every time, but I understand it's for security reasons

I dislike that Deel’s fees can be high for some payment methods, and occasional delays in payments or compliance updates can be frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the challenge of international hiring by handling legal compliance, contracts, and payments, making it easy for US companies to hire me in Colombia. This benefits me by ensuring I get paid securely in my local currency, have a legally compliant contract, and avoid complications with taxes or local regulations.
When I need it most, it failed me the worst

Deel has a variety of features, provides visibility to the full organization, centralizes performance review
What do you dislike about the product?
Dealing with an international team, Deel failed the implementation and payment was delayed to the entire organization, harming relationship with several employees. Deel`s service team has tried to approve the payments, but with no light at the end of the tunnel, we were forced to roll-back to our old solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had several sources of truth, so we wanted deel to act as a single one. However, with our employees harmed, we presume it best to do things the old way.
