Deel Payroll solves issues with compliance, accuracy, and multi‑currency payments. For me, the benefit is getting paid correctly and on time in my local currency, without worrying about tax or legal complications.

For the purpose it serves, it can look to chilidish or unserious, but no problem for me.

What I like best about Deel Payroll is how seamless and transparent the entire payroll process is. It simplifies cross-border payments by handling currency conversion, compliance, and documentation in one place, so I can focus on my work without worrying about payroll complexities. The clear timelines, predictable payouts, and easy-to-use interface make the experience very reliable and stress-free.
What do you dislike about the product?
One area for improvement is flexibility around edits and corrections once a payroll cycle is submitted. Small mistakes, like selecting the wrong timeframe, can be hard to rectify and often require support intervention. Making these adjustments more self-service would improve the overall experience.

Deel Payroll solves the complexity of international payroll by managing compliance, currency conversion, documentation, and payouts in one platform. This removes the need to coordinate with banks or understand country-specific regulations. For me, this means timely, predictable payments, fewer administrative tasks, and confidence that everything is compliant, allowing me to focus fully on my work.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s super easy to use and very straightforward. The user interface is really good, both on mobile and online, and everything feels clear and simple to navigate.

no major complaints. it is a bummer how long it takes to get the payment but thats partially on the employer, not deel

I get paid easily and quickly as a 1099 contractor, and it goes straight to my bank account. I also love knowing exactly when the money is coming.

The best thing about Deel Payroll is how it simplifies and automates the entire process of paying a global team. It removes the traditional headaches of international compliance, tax withholdings, and currency conversions, letting me pay everyone quickly and correctly in their local currency with just a few clicks. It's a single, reliable platform that saves tremendous time and gives me peace of mind.

It can be less flexible for corrections or complex local needs, and the pricing is often higher than local alternatives.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the dashboard wherein I find all the information related to the organization that I am working with. It has all the details with clock in and clock out feature with break in between if needed. Mostly, I like the time tacking feature with how much money I earned, date payment and withdrawal details in the dashboard with timeline for recent and upcoming withdrawal. USD to CAD conversion is also included in the fees that you charge which is absolutely minimal with great conversion rate.
What do you dislike about the product?
As I am a data scientist, I can understand and dig deeper for exploration but it has lot of information hidden under that could be simplified.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is making payroll easy for everybody and that is what I like the most. When I got my first payment, I reviewed the bank conversion and it was showing around 1.33 but through Deel, I got 1.37.
