Best HR experience for a US contractor
What do you like best about the product?
So much easy to use product and platform, and the the best whitdrawal experience
What do you dislike about the product?
Some clunky functions on the app, and I don't like to be log-in every 10 minutes

An all-in-one platform to do the time tracking of my contract, be paid, handle my invoices and everything around that
it was easy to make a new profile on Deel and the support when i reached them they were helpful

i think it require to many documents and also maybe not clear enoogh on how i can take the money

it connecting me with the alligner so i can reedem my money gaining after finishing my tasks and projects

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is the card feature, which is less expensive than in other platforms and works wonder for my virtual purchases. Besides this, the AI they implement for quick customer support inquiries seems very well-trained, unlike others I have found in different platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have experienced many bugs within the app. The app still has room for improvement. This has happened especially when I had to upload documents, and every time it crashed, I had to do it all over again. Also, this makes it tedious when I have to use the 2-factor authentication.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every time I have a doubt about my next payment date or about my contractual information, I can head directly to Deel and I do not need to send an email to the company, which would take longer.

It is reliable and secure. Also the card is not very expensive.

it doesn't offer too many withdrawal methods

What do you like best about the product?
it create, make and maintain a transparent between the two parties (Project assignee and the freelance contractor).

There is nothing in the Deel platform to dislike about.

The platform Deel solve the proble to create and manage a working contract and the payment management between the two parties by allowing the time tracking feature.

Deel Card. The flexibility for the contractor to handle the money. Financially helpful to keep and track your expenses.

Exchange rate to my currency is sometimes is too low vs other providers.

I didn’t encounter any major issues, but the platform could benefit from more detailed tutorials for new users. Some might find the lack of a deeper support section initially a bit limiting.

The most user friendly plataform
What do you like best about the product?
The easiest tool I've ever used. super intuitive, and easy to understand. On the first day I was able to do everything myself without resorting to search engines.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I started using it, I haven't seen anything that I don't like, which doesn't stop the platform from constantly seeking improvements.
