Maybe the downside of deel is just some banks takes longer time to reflect the money transfer although that is already Deel's out of control.

Easy and efficient for remote payroll
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Deel is its ease of use, with an intuitive interface and a straightforward onboarding process. Submitting documents is simple, and the biggest advantage is that local banks accept Deel payrolls as proof of payment, making remote work paperwork hassle-free. Customer support was helpful when I faced issues submitting documents for the Deel card, and we resolved it quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
My Deel card was closed beacuse of the card emitient changes and now I can't issue a new one. Hope they will fix that soon.

Get the salary from other country fro remote work.

Reliable and Safe
What do you like best about the product?
I love that I can easily transfer my money to my bank account. The whole process of doing so is easy, and it is very intuitive to navigate. I also believe that everything processes fairly quickly unlike other competitors. Deel works fast and communicates extremely well through emails sent to you.
What do you dislike about the product?
If the company where you are working terminates your contract and they use their company email to create the account, then you are left out of your account and you have to contact customer support for assistance. The issue does get resolved, however, by contacting their reliable customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote worker Deel provides a very safe and reliable platform to receive my payment information, and to facilitate transfers to my bank account. It also benefits me by tracking payment details, such as payment cycle, work tracking, and pay rate.
Great software for payroll

Easy to setup payroll, info, etc. Took less than an hour to setup.

There are no features missing that I need.

I had issue to request a debit card and they provided the options needed to get it. My card is on the way now.
