Eases workforce management, one of the best payroll systems.
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff of deel is very friendly, even for small issues it is ready to help without any delay. It is very easy to use and it works without any problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
The offers included with deel are not great, there can be discount offers from big wesbites.

I used it while onboarding and now I use it for payments.

Excelent option if you are in Colombia!!! I never new about it.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform works really well, you can get the deel card and use your money without changing the currencies and pay everywhere. On top of that if you do need to exchange some, they have the lowest fees I've seen. Better than paypal. The exchange will take 2 or 3 business days to arrive on your account without any additional fees, unlike other platforms, this is allows you to use the most of your money without paying crazy fees or waiting forever to get it.

I think so far everything is great, it would be awesome to see more rewards and maybe a free physical card.

Getting my paycheck from another country and using my money without having to wait or exchange it.
Easy way to get paid by a company overseas
What do you like best about the product?
I work as a contractor for a company based in a different country, and Deel has been fantastic. Payments always arrive on time or even earlier, and I receive my earnings in my local currency directly into the bank of my choice.
During a personal emergency, I used the Deel Advance feature, and the repayment was automatically deducted from my next payment. Overall, my experience with Deel over the past year has been excellent, and I plan to continue using their services.

What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see more rewards tailored to the Latin America region. The ones I’ve used so far have been helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting paid by a company based in a different country can be difficult for contractors from Latin America. With Deel that problem is solved. I know exactly when and how much I will get paid, in my local currency.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the simple and easy to navigate UI, Deel feels intuitive, and easy to use even for the least expert on financial software, you can find what you need right in front of you, the big clear text helps a lot to navigate through the platform.

No downsides, I love Deel and I want to keep using it as long as I need to.

Gives me access to my payments, and to keep track of my expenses, my contract and my paydates

I really liked the way Deel helps you creating contracts and sign them. It taks your hand and let you know what you need and what is related to what you're filling.
