Very easy to DEEL with!
What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Deel is how user-friendly it is, particularly for those who are new to the platform. It makes it simple to monitor the funds coming in and out, which is especially useful since we use Deel for our payroll. This feature has been extremely helpful for us.
There’s also an option to linked our personal bank account which is helpful in order to transfer the money directly. It would also give you the forex to be used prior to transferring the money so you would how much you will receive.

What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, everything is very good to me as a user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more of being the platform for our payroll.
An excellent payment manager!
What do you like best about the product?
The speed of payment is AMAZING! Also, the speed of response of the chats with super accurate solutions (no hateful generic bots answers hahahaha). Another thing that I think is fabulous is that they deliver the invoices through the same page and you can keep them organized there, and they also detail the processes in the payment from “Approved task” to “Paid”.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly... Nothing! Every day I am more and more surprised when I use the platform, because of its speed and the great capacity to solve queries (when they arise). Especially with the payment management, it happens to me that they always pay even before the stipulated date and handle everything super efficiently and quickly, a luxury!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps to solve payment administration (at least for me as a contractor) along with invoices and quick query handling. It provides (in my opinion after using it for almost a year now) unmatched speed and absolute reliability, you know you will receive that payment on the due date and even BEFORE. it is simply excellent!

While the overall experience is excellent, the platform could improve its notifications for payment processing updates. More detailed reporting and customization options would also be helpful for contractors to analyze their earnings and plan finances more effectively.

Cooperation and remuneration between employees is greatly facilitated through Deel.

I haven't found any displeasure yet after my first month using it.

What do you like best about the product?
It's good that it's easy to use and the procedures can be done simply. However, it's a bit confusing that there is a MAX setting for the cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
The text is hard to read because there is too much of it. It's annoying to have to start over if you accidentally press something because unnecessary ad-like screens pop up.

The payroll process is good because withdrawals are simple and fast.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how it simplifies global payrolls making it easy for companies to manage their international workforce while ensuring all legal and tax requirements are met is impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Deel because it is not immediately understood especially for those who are less familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel makes the management of global teams easier by addressing the complexities of international labour taxes, laws, and satisfaction to ensure that legal risks for businesses are reduced. Personally, Deel's platform breaks down the process of working with international teams by eliminating the difficulties of managing taxes, compliances and payments. With this, I do not have to worry about financial or legal problems.
Good for international remote work
What do you like best about the product?
Really good options to withdrawn the money, Wire and Wise transfers almost instant. Also, options to get your payout in advance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currency conversion rate is setup as "low comission" but there is a big margin between market exchange rates and what Deel offers.

Remote work from a country for which the company doesn't have a bank account.

Nothing. At the beginning, I had to upload some documents that I didn't know that I have to do, but I did it and now I can use Deel normally

Deel is really easy to use. Its is benefiting me depositing the money at the correct date.
