What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes getting paid as a remote employee in Mexico so easy! Payments are always on time, and I love the flexibility of choosing how I want to receive my money. The platform is super simple to use, and any questions I’ve had were quickly resolved by their helpful support team. It’s a hassle-free experience overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s not much to dislike, but I’d love to see more local payment methods or faster processing times during holidays. Other than that, it’s been a great experience!

Deel solves the hassle of cross-border payments and ensures everything is compliant with local regulations. Payments are always on time, and I have the flexibility to choose the method that works best for me. It’s given me peace of mind and makes working with an international company stress-free.
Helpful and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I love their user interface, it's easy to use. For more than 1 year I'm using Deel, I only faced 1 issue and it's solved without make another issue, so I think they still really care about their user experience and really helpful when their user facing a problem. They solved the problem quite fast. But I hope they really can be better and do what their promise to trying their best to avoid any issue come to happen in the future.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I confuse about their tracking system especially which shown up in platform. Maybe they should change the sentence to be same with the fact. For example : if the provider already sent the fund, they can put "provider already sent" but if not, they can put "provider doing the process and will send the fund in nearest time"
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My fund got stuck in provider. They investigated it and following up so I can get my fund in a few hours (<24 hours, even only 5-6 hours from my last complain)
It's a great app I had no problems with any works perfect I totally recommend this

I have my money on time with no fees and I can transfer to my bank with no problem

There's nothing wrong with this app I don't have any bad points for it

Pros and Cons of My Payment Platform Experience
What do you like best about the product?
I have a very positive experience with this payment platform. I particularly appreciate how invoices are automatically generated and are readily available. This makes it quick and easy for me as a Brazilian to generate my invoice and pay my taxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is the number of steps required for the payment to be processed. Although I receive the release on the 31st, it can take until the 10th for someone to approve my payment, and even then, it might take an additional two or three days. It would be beneficial if they could implement PIX for Brazilian accounts, if possible.

Deel provides a clear and straightforward integration for the services I offer to a foreign company. It allows me to use the platform both as an individual and as a legal entity, which significantly aids in tax calculations and invoice generation. This dual functionality simplifies managing my financial obligations and ensures compliance with tax regulations.

What do you like best about the product?
They have a web version and an app, both are very user friendly. App version asks for your fingerprint to log in or you can also use a pin, it feels safe and it doesn't take more than 5 seconds to access it. Whenever you try to withdraw money from your phone it will ask you to enter the OTP generated by Google authentication.
What do you dislike about the product?
The app can be a bit slow depending on the day.

Deel provides my employer with a payment platform that is user friendly and allows different withdraw methods.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Deel is how easy they make hiring people from all over the world. It takes care of all the tricky stuff like contracts, payments, and compliance in different countries, so you don’t have to worry about it. It’s super user-friendly and just makes remote hiring a lot smoother and less complicated. I also love that they’re transparent and keep things simple, which makes the whole process way more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I’ve noticed about Deel is that their pricing can be a little higher, particularly for larger teams. While it’s really helpful for handling all the legal and compliance aspects, it can be a bit of an investment.

Deel takes care of all the tricky stuff like payments, contracts, and compliance when working with clients from different countries. For me, it makes getting paid from anywhere super easy and stress-free. I don’t have to worry about currency issues or figuring out local laws. It saves me time and hassle, letting me focus more on the work itself.
