The "balance" should be accessed by the "Finance" tab. I always get lost navigating on site.

Being able to transfer money to my different bank accounts or using the deel card in Colombia.

Don't really see a lot of downsides. Just had a couple of problems but because my company changed their corporate accounts and that delayed the payment.

I'm employed by an American company and through Deel I receive my payments in Colombia.
Quick and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
Deel Advance! It helps me deal with financial matters while waiting to get paid automatically

I don't really have anything bad to say about deel, it's perfect for us freelancers!

It removes the gaps of receiving pay between me as a contractor and the company. It's flawless
They shifted our Payroll experience from a nightmare to an exciting experience!
What do you like best about the product?
They have a seamless platform that anyone can use, with a variety of payout options for our employees. It increased our employees' happiness and satisfaction. "Always working, always on time, hassle-free" was the way we described the Deel platform when we used them.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't really remember anything I didn't like about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with our global payroll management. We had distributed remote resources around the world. Deel helped us to get all that sorted out without the need to manage every person's bank accounts, currency, or different setups.
The software company which I work in migrated to Deel payroll system. I fully satisfied, no issues.

Modern, easy-to-use UI/UX. Low withdrawal fees. Many options to withdraw
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest I have no idea what I may dislike in Deel. It`s important to mention that I am talking only about the Contractor side.

Exchange Rates – Currency conversion rates aren’t always the best compared to other services like Wise.
