What do you like best about the product?
The transparency that it offers. The details of the transactions and mostly the option to take loans. This is so effective as they simply deduct from the next pay date.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not yet discovered anything I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Receiving my international salary with ease and at a lower price. Usually this would be with alot of delays and exorbitant charges.

I am working as a offshore softwer developer for a US company.
Easy to navigate, straight-forward, and it looks nice!
What do you like best about the product?
Surface is very user-friendly. Even if it's your first time using it, you'll feel comfortable navigating all its features and finding what you're looking for. You also get all the updates regarding money transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
You have to create an account and get all your documents verified, but that's understandable and it doesn't take very long.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can always check where my money is, if my agency already sent the invoice, what day it's going to be available in my account, and with no fees for the transfer!
Deel is a very safe and well-designed platform.
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very intuitive to use, and in my opinion its fees are not high in the least.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not really think there are downsides. If anything, it would be that sometimes their providers take a bit of time to send the money to personal accounts.

It is solving the problem of getting my money in my personal accounts.

What do you like best about the product?
The seamless process and no fee to transfer my funds to Wise and my local bank.

Some of their CS are not very knowledgeable.

we should be able to see and edit the information from our payment methods after we submit it, i wasnt sure i put the correct account number and had to delete it and submit all the information again
