Smooth experience with some bumps
What do you like best about the product?
Deel works very well. All the steps to have the account, track time and receive a payment are ok. The information and the navegation of the site is clear and well organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have a problem with my phone number in the deel card. When i requested a change, the AI bot answered me and tried to solve the issue, it can not. Then, in several retries, it was blocked. Moreover, it remains blocked, totally useless. After a claim to my company, they contact deel support and it appears will be solved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
What i like best is the flexibility that you have over you money. You can set up for auto-witdraw or if you dont want to send the money to your personal account, you can just witdraw the money to your deel card and start using it right away.
What do you dislike about the product?
What could help the feelancers, if deel could provide receiving Account details to facilitate freelancers to get paid internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how they implemented the Crypto Currency option. It made my process of extracting money so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I can only use it on my browser and not on my phone.

They have the Digital Currency option which takes away less commissions from my salary to send it to Binance.
