Deel is simple. Easy to navigate.
I was able to set up my account and integrate my bank account fairly easily.
I have to use Deel every month, so it's good that UI and UX itself is very intuitive
Customer support is top-notch - Had a problem which was resolved quickly

What do you dislike about the product?
Least helpful thing would be a lack of a full fledged mobile app

Deel is helping me get money from accross the borders
It's a great way to manage contracts and receive payments from anywhere in the world.
What do you like best about the product?
With deal, I could prepare and sign a contract with the company I work with in a quick and streamlined way, which was great to get ready to work without any delays or issues.
However, what I like the most about Deel is the wide gamut of payment options, at least for my currency (BRL), which include direct PIX transaction with no fee and a reasonable exchange rate.

What do you dislike about the product?
A point in which I think Deel could improve is their UX. The app often log out randomly, requiring me to log in again. Also, the experience of inserting work hours is not the best, and could be made better by allowing to insert many workdays at once without having to open the dialog again and again and inputting the same values.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allowed me to quickly and easily start working as a contractor for a company, and to receive money for them without any issues.

A service that helps me get paid anywhere in the world through a variety of methods, from payments to a business account to cryptocurrencies

Withdrawal charges can be slightly reduced :)

Seamless and fast receipt of payments
Clear instructions, quick updates and easy process
What do you like best about the product?
I was really glad to find all the details about my contracts and payments in one place. It was really handy to clear the step-by-step processes and see the reasons for compulsory ones. The support call was massively helpful in getting peace of mind for confirmations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ID verification process could be simpler. I think AI verifications should be avoided for now, as most government IDs have trash pictures and are not suitable for image detection portals.

The platform is super simple to use, and it makes sure we follow all the local rules and regulations, which saves us a lot of time and worry. Their customer support is always quick to help if we have any questions.

It would be better if there is a proper and detailed instruction on how to fully cancel the deel advance in order not to be charged of the fee.

Deel is innovative, intuitive, and efficient. I had no problem using deel. It was a smooth experience with my first part time job.
