Terrible experience - they failed to pay our employee
What do you like best about the product?
We had a really bad ecxperience - i can;t answer this question postively.
What do you dislike about the product?
We used Deel as an EOR. The single most improtant thing we want form an EOR provider is toi pay our employees on time. Deel did not do this. There was a financial reconciliation issue due to a credit on our account. Although we had paid all the invoices (plus they hld a $25k depoast from us) they were unable to properly account for $300 credit they applied to account which resulted in them not patying our employee. To make matters worse they did not commuicater this to ewither us or our employee. The cusomter success people said they were pwoerless and blamed it on thier finance team.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had a great experience using Deel for managing international contracts and payments. What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few areas that could be improved. The fees can be a bit high compared to direct bank transfers, and occasionally, customer support response times can vary. Additionally, while the platform is feature-rich, some advanced customization options for contracts and invoices would be a great addition. Despite these minor drawbacks, Deel remains a fantastic solution for global hiring and compliance.

Deel is solving the challenge of paying contractors all over the world by handling global payments, compliance, and contracts in one seamless platform. Before using Deel, managing international payments was complex, with issues like high fees, slow transactions, and legal compliance concerns. Now, Deel takes care of everything—from local tax regulations to fast and secure payments in multiple currencies—saving me time and effort. This allows me to focus on work instead of worrying about payroll logistics. It’s a game-changer for anyone working with a global team!
Easy to use and trust worthy
What do you like best about the product?
Almost no fee, easy to use and understandable. Also i like that you can get money in advance for a minor fee
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, everythig looks good and easy to use. Maybe a little less fee on the advance will be perfeect

The rates and fees. Also when i need money they can give me an advance from my next payment with a low rate fee
Deel has offered many solutions for payment in my country Egypt directly to my account.

Completing the steps were easy and instant

Some neeeded compliance documents need a lot of time to obtain and I preferred If there were some clarfication on timeline and affect on payments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I live and work in Egypt where banking is comlicated because of capital control and currency restircition. I previously paid nealy 10% of my salary because of need to convert and pay fees to paypal and local banks to get my salary and also currency was converted at alower than market rate. Deel offers instant payment to my mobile wallet account with no waiting or fees.

It works out great for doing freelance, always paid on time and has many ways to withdraw your money

Nothing I can think of at this time, everything has been great so far.

Have not yet encountered any problems, but I'm quite sure if I ever have issues, they can get them solved

The multiple options they offer for payment, each with detailed descriptions of processes and applicable fees, so that you can choose the best option for you.

The app sometimes becomes slow and lags.

They make HR management seamless on both ends of the work relationship.
It is intuitive, user-friendly, and a great intermediary for foreign contracts.

Friendly interface, make online payments with your card while keeping the account in USD.

The options for banks to make money transfers, specifically in Mexico, now include more "non-conventional" banks that I would have liked to have, such as Hey Banco or Nu.

Being able to work with a foreign agency and for my payment transfer to be swift.

Deel is an excellent platform for managing and receiving payments and contracts for freelancers and remote employees internationally, which is why I like it a lot for the simple way of withdrawing payments.

At the moment, I don't find anything wrong with the platform.
