Better than any international payment platform I've seen yet
What do you like best about the product?
How easily I can ask my employee for refunds and how I can get my payments in another country.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like the plaftorm a lot but I'd say that sometimes takes long to login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Deel I don't have to worry about the need of a global account to get my payments and lose money through currency spreads.

Everything was easy to understand, graphics were easily readable, and functionality went smooth.

I have no critiques for this platform at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
As an HR generalist, I find a ton of value in a good compensation planning tool whenever comp planning season rolls around. The Assemble platform is easy to use and the UI is great. Working in the tech industry, you can't deny how important a good UI can be for ease of use and employee/stakeholder adoption. The compensation planning tool is highly customizable and straight forward to set up, manage, and edit. Our integrations with BambooHR and Carta run seamlessly in the background and if we ever run into any issues, Ethan is there to support! Speaking of support, Ethan and Zach are incredible compensation partners. Our team has learned so much from them and they have enabled us to become more confident in our understanding of compensation, as it relates to our company. We are consistently updating our comp bands in Assemble. This gives us a clear and concise way to vizualize our compensation data across our company. We love using Assemble and working with their team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an integration that could push reward letters to an HRIS. Or maybe they could generate the letter within Assemble, to make sharing reward letters with employees/their managers directly in-app? I would also love to see historical compensation band data in Assemble as well. I hope to see these on their roadmap in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping us visually identify employees who are out of band, keep up to date with industry standards, acts as a repository for current compensation data, and keeping us out of spreadsheets.
Deel works for contractor payments
What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to use, and the dashboard provides enough data about your account balance, movements, time off, and upcoming holidays. It also offers perks with different partners such as booking.com, price.com, and rappipro.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish ACH transfers with US bank accounts would be free of charge, currently, it charges you 5 USD per transaction. and I know this feature is free on other platforms. Also, it would be great if these withdrawals were faster than one/two business days.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Deel is that all information needed by the employee was there. All Payslip will be collected on the portal. It easy to access since you can also download the app on your phone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I just created the app, and I don't see anything that I dont like on this portal. Since it is very accessible and easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel Portal will collect all the information needed by the employee and the employer. It is easy to access all the documents and it can collect all the payslip.

Quick and easy to sign up and use, having the app is a great addition.

The app would be even better if you didn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to enter your hours.

Deel is such an amazing experience when it comes to receiving payments/salary.

When I encoutered some pushback with my Salary, Deel is quick to fix and and reached back to me right away.

I see it's nice payment platform with excellent user experience and user interface that facilitate the use of deel.

When I have USD in any platform and I want to receive it in a specific method, deel makes that, they provide me with different and many payment methods including crypto currencies.
