Uninformed Support and Refusal to Escalate Issues Spoils a Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tool makes it easy to pay contractors when it works. Lots of options and possibilities for how to structure contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first tier support has on multiple occasions referred me to defunct features and out of date knowledge base articles. They arbitrarily deactivated our payment account on a payment due date leaving us scrambling to ensure our team was paid on time.
They've consistently refused to escalate concerns to members of management and the support team demonstrates no accountability when things go wrong.

I have just discovered Deel, and I found that it is a great platform to make deal.

As I'm a new comer, I'm just enjoying the platform, there is nothing I dislike for now.

Deel allows me to receive for the services I complete for companies outside my country.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the interface and the ease of sending money to my account. The transferts are fast and I receive my money even before the app tells when I get them. I use all the time, and don't have any problem when transfering the money.
What do you dislike about the product?
None. I wanted it to have an app on my smartphone but now that there's one, I don't dislike anything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I worked in a company located in Ireland and I live in Colombia. They started paying me through Deel since May 2022 to September 2024 and I worked perfectly. There was only one issue and I was resolved very quickly.

Deel provides you the facility to create your contracts and set specifics about additional milestones or schedules to work with your partner, get advances based on your income, and have as many contracts with different sources as you want.
Also, offers me a wide variety of payment methods that come in handy when you require using different methods than your regular bank account.
And if that's not impressive enough, offers me an outstanding perks catalog that any remote worker or freelancer can take advantage of as is tailored to our needs. Not to mention their customer support service is available 24/7.
Without any doubt I will continue to use Deel, it's been 6 years to date and I have no plans of changing it. Deel has made my life easier.

About perks: I wish they could get perks based on the employee location, to make it a personalized solution for your needs. At this moment some of the perks are negotiated based on a regular US worker's income, and for LATAM users the pricing doesn't fit our needs.
For example: We would love to have worldwide insurance coverage, but we cannot afford $300 USD a month for this service. But we may consider attractive a $100 package that covers the continent instead of being worldwide

I can connect with any company worldwide and offer my services as a contractor, having deel as my partner makes them feel confident that everything will be on place and both parties will get what they expect.

What do you like best about the product?
The selection process was simple, it didn't take as long as other processes. All steps were well explained and indicated so that it was easy to carry out what was requested. Furthermore, the support and teaching materials are good and really explain what is necessary quickly and efficiently.

I'm still waiting to actually start my activities, which makes me a little anxious, however, I understand that it's part of the process.

This is Khaqan Azam from Pakistan. I am working remotely from pakistan so the Canadian company sends the payment on deel and I easily receive into my local banks.

What do you like best about the product?
Payments are quick and safe, I've never experienced any delay on my payments

Nothing at all, eventhough I receive international payments I always get them on time
