Easy and straight-forward experience
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is pretty straight forward - you can see how to get what you need from the worker interface. And even if you are unable to understand something, there is a on-site support chat option - worked perfectly fine for me a couple of times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their system doesn't understand Israeli bank accounts (we have only 6 digits)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Every tool I need is in one place
The platform is user friendly but there are parts that are too tricky.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive and user friendly. You can also easily navigate between the tabs and adjust your preferences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has very few platforms to be abke to withdraw your earnings and some of the parts of the process of validating your account were too tricky and time-consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of slow payout platforms and it benefits me by knowing you can track your payments easily.

My tracker and my salary. i don't need to monitor manually since deel is already doing it for me.

Simple/ user friendly and all the required information available in signle click.

If you can improve the performance[speed]. opening the app [ login to home page ] taking long time. May be you are loading all the information on logion. you can loading some info when user click.

What do you like best about the product?
Organized payment method, easy to transfer funds. I use it every 15 days.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have an account number in case I want to use the card and not have funds in the account at the moment.

They have been adding a new feature where transactions arrive to my account in minutes. Almost instantly.

You'll receive money withdrawals within a day!

The website is a bit slow, thank goodness there's an Deel mobile app now!

Eased of payments. I received salary easily.
Great tool for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
I love that there's a platform we can trust to get our payments hassle free from US employees to our local banks. The rates usually stay the same so we can trust it won't vary as much. Fees are manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes over a day to get the money, but it's when a local Holiday coincides with a US holiday.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of having to do an international transfer and paying double fees (US and local fees)

What do you like best about the product?
Payments are always instant on the day marked that you will receive your money. When I transfer money from deel to transfer wise, there are no charges, and it takes only a few minutes to reflect. It's also great that they have an advanced feature that allows you to access funds ahead of payments you are meant to receive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really, except that when I wanted a deel card, the verification option that allows me to use my residential bill was declined cause I reside in one of my Dad's property, and his name is on the bill. I tried explaining it to them, but it was declined. Aside that I think they are great
