Probably the best platform for remote workers
What do you like best about the product?
It's hassle-free, very convenient, and just works.
What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn't offer proper tax advice in most countries, e.g. Switzerland. I have consulted local tax experts here and even they seem to be confused about the model officially suggested by Deel (contractors should set up a sole proprietorship) since this very much falls in the grey area. In and of itself, this is not a problem. In fact, I'm happy that Deel exists so I could get employed, but it's a shame that there's no support to help resolve this when there are hundreds if not thousands of people for each country who might be having similar issues.

Transparency and ease of use. Now even better with the delel card.

nothing so far, everything has worked very well.

In the country where I live we cannot get dollars. Deel is an excellent alternative to receive payments in dollars.
Quite a disappointing experience thus far
What do you like best about the product?
I think Deel has a fantastic value proposition from a product perspective that solves a very pressing gap in the market.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the lack of human interaction and synergy within the company makes the user experience very slow and poor. Responses feel automated and do not provide solutions at all. There are many points of improvements that I hope that Deel can resolve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the present moment, I feel like Deel is actually giving me more problems than it is solving it. A simple contract change request is taking more than 4 days to complete - this would take 5 minutes out in the real world.
DEEL - for a very easy access to pay
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it is very easy to withdraw the cash and that it allows an advance pay withdrawal in case of emergencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
None so far, Deel is working very well for me even when it is not that much used in our country yet.

What do you like best about the product?
seamless procedures to hire/ get hired, overall great experience, special thing is getting immediate salary in local bank.
What do you dislike about the product?
we cannot choose to be Either EOR employee or a contractor. or we donot have option to pay our taxes by ourself. they deduct taxes first then they transfer our salary if we are an EOR employee.

deel is making me elligible to work and getting hired easily in any part of the world, while being citizen of any country in the world.
Deel is swift, friendly and super easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
The friendly interface, it is very intuitive and easy to setup and begin using. I use it because the compnay I was hired to, makes payments through it, and it is very conveninent to use if I need to report or check things depending on my day to day. From the validation of my identity, to getting it running, everything went without a hitch. Just the option of how I get paid, depending on my needs, and the easiness in which I can login and check my balance is perfect. There is also a great customer support link in case I need assistance and that has me at ease.

I haven't had any issues yet while using it I love it!

I am living abroad and through Deel I can have my payment made through DEEL with no hassle.

It is very easy to discover all the features of Deel, all the tools are very intuitive!

I believe there is nothing I would improve.

Almost every option to transfer and manage is available for the ease of users. Its very simple to use. Integrations can be added easily as well.

Haven't seen any yet. However, mobile app can be improved in terms of ease of access.

Deel is benefitting me in managing my contract with my contractor and helping me with the payments.
