Democratic, practical, functional, and with a user experience that any other fintech would envy.
What do you like best about the product?
I think the UX overall, how easy things are to use, but mainly how fast the things work there.

Honestly, there's not much that I dislike, never that any issue with the application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily receive my payments with no stress about it. I know it will arrive in seconds on my Wise account

The various withdraw methods on GBP, USD and USDT. Also, the fact you can take an advance too makes unexpected bills feel fine.

Nothing at this stage and am very happy with the service.

Having all the information I need and require regarding my pay and job related finances. Having features like time off, contract, expenses, and other documents all in one place facilitates my search regarding any possible financial question I may have.

I consider that I have not been using Deel long enough to provide information regarding my dislikes with accurate data.

Deel is really easy to use, and I immediately knew how to use everything without much trouble.

Deel makes it easy to see my financial information related to my employment, so they I can very quickly see how much money I have made or will make.
I've been using Deel for my last 2 employments. Couldn't recommend more.

As latin american, I'm used to be in an ever changing challenging environment in terms of tax regulations and foreing currency exchanges. Deel really deals with all that with ease. My favorite feature is the ability to provide really fast crypto currency transfers to any wallet you want.
I use it every month and since then it's been painless for me to bring my payments to my local currency.
My employers also have told me that the experience has been seamless with them as well.

What do you dislike about the product?
Last time I wanted to explore using the "Deel advance" feature, there wasn't any confirmation page, or it was a bit confusing and I ended up accepting it without actually needing it.
UI usually is pretty self explanatory and intuitive but in this particular case it felt that it lacked of information or confirmation about the feature's details.

It's easing the experience of going through the intrincate payments systems and tax rules in my country (Argentina).
Since I've been using Deel, I forgot about how difficult it was to be able to receive payments from abroad and exchange for local currency without using platforms that only want to profit from extremely high fees or unfavorable exchange rates.

The variety of options and the user-friendly interface.

The fees when withdrawing the money, maybe there should be easier ways to redeem money.
