Easy and Smooth
What do you like best about the product?
The platform will guide you to set up your account. Once it is set up, your transfers are pretty quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some local bank wording is different from how it is stated in the platform so it was confusing when setting up the transfer part.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is quick and convenient.
While with other payment options it is more complicated, like getting you a physical debit card shipped from the US that gets lost on the way. This his happed to several people I know in which the card got lost not just once but twice and then the activation was a hassle.

A lot of options for international bank transfer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Convertion could be lower. Convertion rate from US dollar to other currency could be lower.

Receiving my payment from my contractor abroad.

What do you like best about the product?
I felt in control of the process the whole time, and everything seamlessly proceeded from one step to the next without any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issues or complaints whatsoever.

It's provides a hub for accessing contract and payment information as well as tutorials for its users.

What do you like best about the product?
Very convenient, easy to use and easy access as well but very high security. You will be at ease knowing that your hard earned money is in good hands. A lot if features as well, lowest charge per transaction.

None, thank you for you existence Deel. I would recommend you to my feature clients.

Contract making is very easy now using Deel, very convenient for freelancers like me who is very busy with other task. With Deel, everything is so smooth, thank you Deel

I liked that I didn't need to watch too many videos or read a lot to use the platform, it was super easy and friendly to use, the guide that I need was very few. So I was able to set up my account very fast.
Apart from that, the advantages that give for transferring fund seem to me very useful and with decent fees. Super recommended

Quick Withdrawals, Support & Easy To Use Card
What do you like best about the product?
Withdrawals process easily and fast here in Colombia. I leave part of my salary on their card to make electronic purchases and avoid bank fees.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their app took a while to launch (2024), but their website worked fine. Mainly, the login is now faster. The only complaint I have heard from Deel is their advances (or loans), which seem to have a high interest rate, but I have never used them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International payment of salary. It is way cheaper and secure than using Paypal or Skrill. Withdrawals arrive directly to my local bank in 1 or 2 days. Their exchange rate and fees are one of the best for Colombia, specially compared to Paypal.

I have been working with overseas companies for a while, and since i came to the company that uses deel, everything has been different, deel is super helful, the deel advances , the quick the money gets to me, their customer service, this is seriously a really great great payer system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe only that there is not an app. An App would be wonderful .

The fact that i can advance part of my salary for any emergencies has been super beneficial.

Both contractors and employers are verified in the platform as to mitigate risk for both parties. The work contract is also there.

Withdrawing to cryptocurrency can be tricky.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The employer does not need access to any specific payment methods (Payoneer, Paypal, etc) and the employee can self-manage the process of withdrawing their payment.
