Excellent platform for receiving payments
What do you like best about the product?
The platform makes my life much easier by automatically generating invoices. The withdrawal process is smooth and straightforward, and the customer support is always quick and efficient whenever I need assistance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fees charged for withdrawals could be more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me by automating the creation of invoices and simplifying the payment process, which saves me time and reduces manual errors. Additionally, their efficient withdrawal options allows me to access funds quickly.
Great experience working with Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how they implemented the Crypto Currency option. It made my process of extracting money so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that I can only use it on my browser and not on my phone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They have the Digital Currency option which takes away less commissions from my salary to send it to Binance.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use , user friendly and great app! I feel secured. Customer support are very assistive, ease of implementation , frequency of use and ease of integration.

nothing to dislike abt the app, everything is fine.

transferring, deel made it very easy and it has automatic transfer to bank, that is very helpful!
Easy to use, convenient
What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to use, and I feel secure when transferring money. The setup was smooth and straightforward, and I haven’t had any issues requiring customer support. In my six months of using it, whenever I had a question, there was always an integration or documentation to address it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that there are some features that Deel has that my company doesn't use that I have them still there, like PTO for example. I also don't like having commissions to take my money out of the platform. But to be fair, they are pretty cheap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
if it wasn't for Deel I wouldn't be able to Correctly Charge the company work for for my services Because of generating the invoice and Being able to track payments and all that stuff
Why is Deel the most convenient platform
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to exchange currency within seconds together with good rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to exchange currencies first before maling a transfer. For example, if I wanted to transfer AR$10.000 and I had USD 20 in my balance, I would have to exchange dollars for pesos and then transfer the money.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel allows me to keep my money in dollars and earn some interest while still being able to change it to my local currency. Besides, it is the most convenient rate I have seen and the fees are the lowest.
Easy to withdraw
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to withdraw and less conversion fee.
What do you dislike about the product?
They can reduce more the conversion fee.

Very smooth and timely payment
What do you like best about the product?
The clarity and easiness of creating account and getting foreign payments directly into our local bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, all things are up to mark. The only thing I am tired of is logging in again and again each time I try to visit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving cumbersome process of getting foreign payments in local bank account without creating any extra financial accounts in any websites. It takes care of full path from foreign to your local bank, clearly mentioning about fees and charges and payments reach in given timeline.
Mostly No issues or complaints so far
What do you like best about the product?
It's almost a year since i am using deel for payments and so far it's been a smooth ride same goes for the support they are quick to respond and help to resolve issues soon as they could. I think it's a good software like the easy navigation of it.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes I get hicupps in payments but they are resolved quickly so mostly no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting money in different currency is always an issue the smoothness in transfers and management deel is providing i think that part is good.

The app runs very smoothly , I love that you can find everything you need in a matter of seconds

The customer service chat, needs more languages to be spoken, or at least know more about certain documentation from each country

I loved the urgency to find resolution when I encountered an issue getting set up.

The one thing I dislike is how deel doesn't provide accurate information regarding when exactly I will get paid; however, I hear this is something they're working on improving.

deel. is helping my company improve their payment processing which gives me more detail information and control over when and how I get paid.
