Convenient and user friendly appearance
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to navigate around and withdraw salary from my job as a freelance interpreter.
I haven't had any difficulty and the support staff responded to quickly when I had any question about the transaction.

I don't have anything I dislike about Deel.

I don't have any requirement.
Good in Peru and Angertina, but i had problems in Germany with my insurance and with socialsecurity

The simplicity to payment my employees, the simplicity of the process to create a position and recieve my salary

The support is very bad and slow, how i was sayings, i had problems with my insurance payments and social security payments, and dont know if is a problem only in Germany because the law is very difficult or no, but i had yet 2 years with deel and always is the same

Now i can have the posibility to contract in a esay way different people around latinoamerica with out any problem and i reduced the cost of bank transfers
It is simple, fast and reliable.

It's easy to understand, and it offers you some conveniences that are useful when you need them. I also find it to be quite secure.

I understand that the app is new but there are some things that can be improved.

I like everything with deel, only one thing not sure, if deel is the one that have a fee or is my bank here, but is ok.

everything looks smooth and good user interface

Sometimes it takes a bit of time to load, but it loads after a refresh.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Deel is that it's very structured and timely. I never have to worry about receiving my payments from my company as I can easily fall back on Deel to have everything ready by a stipulated time each month. Also, if I ever face any issue which is quite rare, the customer support team is very helpful and prompt in their service.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing which I feel could be changed is that payments staying in the account for only 30 days. If that time limit is increased to 60 days, it can be very helpful. But again, there could be policies around that I'm not aware of.

Deel is solving a big problem that is receiving payments from a different currency than my country's. It could be a big hassle through other platforms or ways but in Deel, it is always very smooth.
