Good but has fees
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is very helpful for seamlessly performing contracts between organizations in different countries.
What do you dislike about the product?
When it comes to receiving payments it has some fees which is not very good

Easy to use and fast withdrawal with an option to withdraw in advance with a minimum fee.

I don't think I have anything that I dislike about Deel.

Fund transfer is way easier and faster.

Fee is very low and withdraw is fast. Love it!

There are no issues with my money. I never had problems withdrawing my money and amazing customer service.

I can work for a company in a different country and easily get paid in my country without any issues.
Fast and eficient
What do you like best about the product?
It's interface and functions are pretty easy to use, it doesn't matter whether you know a lot about finances and foreign exchange or you are a rookie. I appreciate this kind of availability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the fact it needs a few extra documents to verify our identity and legal stuff, however, it's necessary at the end in order to guarantee a proper service

the punctuality about the payments, they try to keep you uop to date via mail to verify your payment status

Excellent attention and clarity of information and processes.

They let me know the most important information up front in the dashboard, and the processes for getting your money and requesting information are both very straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps the dashboard contains a little bit too much. Maybe feels spammy.

Deel's onboarding is confusing, and everything is last minute
What do you like best about the product?
There is nothign good about this. Deel has cost us more time, delayed payments, and effort than it's worth.
What do you dislike about the product?
We've been signed up with Deel for 3 monhts and have had the worst customer service and technology experience. There is very little clarity over who actually is responsible for what. The technology itself is very buggy and often you have to reach out to someone to get a report. When employees have payroll questions, they often take multiple days and follows ups to provide a response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far it has caused more problems than it solves.
I have been using Deel for more than 2 years now and will continue to do so as much as I can.
What do you like best about the product?
I found Deel to be very efficient and reliable when doing any kind of tasks such as opening and verifying my account, fund transactions, customer support, and overall user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that comes to mind is the fees they charge on some withdrawal methods they offer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is efficiently allowing me to receive my monthly salary as a contractor and quite efficiently withdraw my funds to multiple sources such as a local bank account, an online brokerage account for investing, and can also act as a wallet to keep savings.
Easy and good company

I like how easy it is in terms of app, and my personal experience. I also like the environment and the people. It has been a pleasant experience

I have no dislikes. Rather I enjoy Deel.

I like it's easiness and the quick processing of payments.
