What do you like best about the product?
What I like the most is the easy way to handle the platform, the way you can move your payments to your personal account. Also, the easy way to get set up when it is your first time; it is a very friendly platform. Easy to use, easy to get your contracts ready.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not experienced any bad experience at the moment.

Solve the way I receive my payments and avoid spending high fees for that.

Having so many features, it feels a little bit complex.

Deel solves the hassle of international payments by allowing direct withdrawals in cryptocurrency, which is tough to find on other platforms. This flexibility makes it easy to manage payments in a way that suits me best, avoiding delays and currency exchange issues. It’s a huge time-saver and gives me control over how I receive payments.
Very usefull if you plan to work as a contractor in Colombia

Beign able to chose when to withdraw my balance to any Colombian bank account

If are in Colombia working for a company in another country you will have to work as a contractor and do your taxes and social security payments yourself, which is a hassle
