Effortless Salary Management with Advance Payment Perks
What do you like best about the product?
I love Deel's advance payment feature very much. Sometimes, my salary alone doesn't cover all expenses until the month's end, so being able to get my salary in advance through Deel, with low interest, is something I really appreciate. It helps me improve my financial situation step by step. Also, setting up Deel was really easy, a piece of cake, even a kid can do it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the design and the load time of each icon when clicked or pressed could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel provides fast withdrawal and tracking information, along with advance payment options. It helps me manage finances by allowing early salary access with low interest, improving my financial situation gradually.

New user to deel still trying to navigate the tool, so i don't have anything to dislike for now

What do you like best about the product?
Deel get my payments and send them to my bank account with little to no interaction, they keep updating their platform to improve the security while ensuring the easy of use of their platform, and if something is not clear they are there to assist and resolve any question through their different channels of communication.
One particular thing I liked is that I reached out for a particular problem with my account, and the agent stay there as much as she can, at some point the request was escalated and a few days she followed up until the problem was solved, thus, there is no problem left behind.

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the only thing that might need to improve is their AI's training, the bot didn't provide an accurate answer, thus I have to get communicated with an agent, but other than that I'm happy with Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm contractor for a company outside of the US and Deel has made easy the invoicing, getting payments and deposit them into my account and even taking care of the exchange rate.

How easily I can ask my employee for refunds and how I can get my payments in another country.

I like the plaftorm a lot but I'd say that sometimes takes long to login.

With Deel I don't have to worry about the need of a global account to get my payments and lose money through currency spreads.

Everything was easy to understand, graphics were easily readable, and functionality went smooth.

I have no critiques for this platform at this time.

What do you like best about the product?
As an HR generalist, I find a ton of value in a good compensation planning tool whenever comp planning season rolls around. The Assemble platform is easy to use and the UI is great. Working in the tech industry, you can't deny how important a good UI can be for ease of use and employee/stakeholder adoption. The compensation planning tool is highly customizable and straight forward to set up, manage, and edit. Our integrations with BambooHR and Carta run seamlessly in the background and if we ever run into any issues, Ethan is there to support! Speaking of support, Ethan and Zach are incredible compensation partners. Our team has learned so much from them and they have enabled us to become more confident in our understanding of compensation, as it relates to our company. We are consistently updating our comp bands in Assemble. This gives us a clear and concise way to vizualize our compensation data across our company. We love using Assemble and working with their team!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do wish there was an integration that could push reward letters to an HRIS. Or maybe they could generate the letter within Assemble, to make sharing reward letters with employees/their managers directly in-app? I would also love to see historical compensation band data in Assemble as well. I hope to see these on their roadmap in the future!

It's helping us visually identify employees who are out of band, keep up to date with industry standards, acts as a repository for current compensation data, and keeping us out of spreadsheets.
