Enhanced comp management and transparency, some minor tweaks needed

What do you like best about the product?
The tool is extremely user-friendly and provides more transparency and education around compensatino for our employees and managers. It centralizes compensation data (including equity) and streamlines processes, making it easy to manage everything in one place. The platform has helped reduce our compensation cycle administration time by at least 80%, getting us out of google sheets (for the most part!) and freeing up time to be more strategic. Implementation was very easy and we were able to launch within a few weeks. Additionally, their customer support is responsive and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still some manual components involved, though it’s a significant improvement over fully manual processes. For example, adding a notifications feature for compensation planners would enhance its functionality. Another area for improvement is the compa-ratio calculation, which is currently based on base salary rather than total cash, a preference that may not align with every company's needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By centralizing all compensation data in one platform, it eliminates the need for several google sheets. It simplifies and streamlines our compensation cycle, reducing admin time by at least 80%. This efficiency allows our team to focus on strategic planning rather than manual tasks. Additionally, the platform enhances transparency and alignment in compensation decisions for both employees and managers, providing a clear and consistent framework that makes it easier to communicate and justify pay decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with contracts and payments, and the variety of payment options. I think the customer service is very good, they are always ready to resolve my questions. I feel secure using Deel in my work routine.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only the synchronization could be more optimized, but nothing that compromises usability.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me with my work for a company outside my country of residence, allowing me to receive payments in my account without charging fees.

Deel provides 24/7 immedaiate support to its users, their staff are well trained to resolve issues at the earliest.
What do you dislike about the product?
Android mobile apps feels slow few times

Easy to create account and to add withdrawal methods

Did not have any major issues or concerns so far

Contractor payments accross different countries. It is very useful to be able to add multiple withdrawal methods to the account, so I can manage my transfers better. And it is also helpful to be able to spend the money with the Deel card directly.

What do you like best about the product?
Fast and gives me options for withdrawals at competitive market rates gives me options for withdrawals at competitive market rates. zero withdrawal fees for the options I use.

Not sure yet, so far all the features I need are working well and relevant to me
