Great Customer Service and Comprehensive Platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’m very satisfied with Deel's service! The customer support was excellent, and my account verification was completed quickly. The platform itself is user-friendly and has a very comprehensive structure, making it extremely useful for managing everything. I would definitely recommend it to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I’m very happy with Deel's platform and customer service, one thing I disliked was the live chat experience. I interacted with a bot multiple times and wasn’t able to get assistance from a human representative, even after requesting it. I would prefer if a support agent could be available via live chat for quicker resolutions.

Through Deel, I’m able to receive payments for my remote job seamlessly. The platform simplifies the payment process, making it easy to manage my compensation without any hassle, regardless of my location.
The setup process was pretty straightforward. The platform is very intuitive, clean and organized.

Navigating through the platform feels seamless, whether you're using it for personal or professional purposes, the platform’s simplicity and efficiency stand out. The support team is also friendly and responsive, making the experience even smoother.

As I have talked to people who have used the platform before and mention that there are no problems with DEEL

I was able to sign my contract more efficiently, besides offering me a bank account in the USA

What do you like best about the product?
Before using Deel I have a bit of doubts. However, they have an amazing customer support with allowed me to understand things a lot easier by gettings my questions answered in less than 48 hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I can't think of anything. The website is pretty easy to use. I am not sure if they have an App but that would really be the only downside.

Great payment platform for getting payments from clients
What do you like best about the product?
It is very convenient to get the payment from my clients from different parts of the world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, payments get delayed a bit, not usually but when it happens it is bit irritating.

The Deel is making the process of collecting payment from multiple clients from different parts of the world convenient and it makes the process of accounting easier.
