What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to use, plus they offer an advance with a low interest rate

I can see my payments in real time and the estimated time when I will receive them

Once the payment is processed, it takes around a day to receive the funds

They still charge you $5 per withdrawal, and on top of that I still get charged by my local bank, that is just not acceptable

Just getting paid for now, but outside of that, in my country, there are not that much of benefits.
Many options, easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
There are many withdrawal options and they are relatively easy to use. This is really useful for countries like Argentina that have complicated exchange controls. I didn't use the advances, but the functionality looks very clear.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only once did they have a problem with the accreditation, which caused a delay of a few days, but they finally managed to resolve it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Payment solutions for international clients/contractors. It is a good intermediary.
Convinient way to get your money wherever you are
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is the best way to receive payments for my work without the hassle of doing a lot of paper work or involving a ton of banks, you just configure how you want to receive your money and in one click you get it, there's a ton of ways you can receive your money so I'm sure there is one that will fit your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the conversion rate for the currencies is not that accurate, specially if the rate is moving constantly but nothing that will have a sustantial impact on your money.

I work for a company in the US and I'm not in the US so I can get my money without making a million processes.

What do you like best about the product?
I love various payment methods in Deel which is very easy for user to select payment method of there own.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. According to me Deel is perfect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, the benefits of using Deel are substantial. I no longer have to worry about when my payments will arrive or how much I will actually receive after all the deductions. The platform provides clarity and peace of mind, allowing me to focus on delivering quality work rather than dealing with the financial complexities of cross-border payments.
Unexpected difficulties were handled well.
What do you like best about the product?
There were some issues withdrawing my pay, but it was handled as quickly as it could be with a minimum of aggravation. Deel was very proactive and committed to helping me get it solved.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure where the problem was with the withdrawal. Several methods failed for undetermined reasons (that work fine other places, info was correct, etc) .

As a contractor/freelancer, keeping my payments, gigs, and finances straight can be a big challenge. This interface really streamlines and simplifies things.

What do you like best about the product?
The Deel card option. This change my life. I just needed an easier way to access my income and use it right away.

That it's not a mobile app, and I have to use my web browser to log in.
