My experience has been good so far.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Deel is the speed of delivery of funds to my local bank account.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fee charged for transactions. It's too much!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is helping me to receive and manage foreign funds from clients outside my locality. With Deel, I can receive money from clients and carryout functions for them or use the money to solve other personal problems.

Absolutely nothing! Whenever we make a product recommendation, the team listens attentively and, when it aligns with their goals, integrates it into their product roadmap. They are fantastic partners.

The options they have to withdraw money should be broader. And not with such high fees. They charge you an amount for each transaction that isn’t that low.

It helped us a lot since everyone found a way to get paid on the same platform regardless of the country. It also notifies you, according to your contract, which payments are on the way.

the app works really well for me. It provides valuable features that help me effectively, and I appreciate the quality it offers.

don't dislike anything about Deel. Everything has been positive for me!

It's simple, it's fast and it has a lot of perks.

It's easeness, simplicity and its full featured service.

Nothing comes to my mind, but maybe more perks related to my region. I can imagine it's hard to make those "deals", but it doesn't make much sense having perks that only exists in US or any other country that I'm not living in.

It solves the payments from countries abroad and to transfer to my bank account in my own country.
I've been using Deel for almost a year now. Never delayed my payments, also offers many benefits.

At first they did not have mobile app, but recently they also created a mobile app which makes it easier to check my transactions, benefits and more.

Uninformed Support and Refusal to Escalate Issues Spoils a Useful Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Tool makes it easy to pay contractors when it works. Lots of options and possibilities for how to structure contracts.
What do you dislike about the product?
The first tier support has on multiple occasions referred me to defunct features and out of date knowledge base articles. They arbitrarily deactivated our payment account on a payment due date leaving us scrambling to ensure our team was paid on time.
They've consistently refused to escalate concerns to members of management and the support team demonstrates no accountability when things go wrong.
