Great platform
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve had a fantastic experience with Deel, especially after facing challenges with late payments from previous employers. This platform has been a game-changer in every aspect. However, I’m disappointed that the Deel card isn’t supported in Ethiopia, even though it works in other African countries. It would be great to see this issue addressed.

Registration and adding payment methods is easy.

Nothing to dislike about Deel. They have a great system.

Easy to make payments and transfers.
I have received my first payment via Deel and I feel a lot of convenience through access.

It looks quite simple and easy to use with various currency options for disbursing funds.

Easy to use, very much convenient and your money is couple of clicks away.

Deel did not have an app for android before which was the only thing i dislike but since there is an app now as well, i dont find anything to dislike.

I always have my money on time with me through deel.

Dislike means from my side I didn't feel anything about negative things

Deel solving a contract based issues and they following stright forward with all clients with good benifits
Fast and efficient customer support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how quick the customer service team is to reply to queries. I also appreciate Deel coming up with new features to make getting paid more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't say there are any downsides at the moment.

I couldn't access my account since my phone stopped working and I had also changed my mobile number. Deel support staff were quick to provide me with a solution and I appreciated the fact that before doing so, they verified who I was. I feel like this made me feel more confident about Deel's security policies.
Great Platform for Contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Deel is super easy to use and set up. The customer support is solid, and it’s packed with useful features. I use it regularly for managing my payments and contracts, and it integrates well with other tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
The withdrawal process is usually fast, but occasionally there is a slight delay in the update of funds on the Deel account but it's negligible.

Deel simplifies the complex process of managing payments and contracts for contractors. It streamlines the payment process, reduces administrative hassles, and ensures timely payouts.

Once the payment is processed, it takes around a day to receive the funds

They still charge you $5 per withdrawal, and on top of that I still get charged by my local bank, that is just not acceptable

Just getting paid for now, but outside of that, in my country, there are not that much of benefits.
