Careers at Magic using Deel
What do you like best about the product?
I like that the payouts are almost instantaneous and they even provide you with updates when you have received a payment until it gets processed for clearing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really like using Deel so there isn't much that I dislike about it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It removes the hassle of going through a remittance center and makes payments to me as easy as possible.

I like how fast and smooth the transactions are.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing much to say, but if I can pick one, that is the transfer fee to multiple account. I once used the automatic withdraw feature and set 2 accounts to receive the payment, and I was shocked about the fee it charged, though it was my fault for not reading.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the payment with 2 different currencies, which makes it easier for those who are in a remote area to receive the payment with less hassle.

Simplicity and ease of use. I like how its always reliable.

I would make a mobile app, because it will be more convinient then a web app.

Hassle-free transactions. I also love the task bar that serve as a reminder on important things to be done in order to complete your account.

I hope there's an easier way to contact customer support. I also had a technical issue using Firefox browser, but not with Google Chrome. Personally, I wish to use Firefox as it is one of the most secure browsers out there.

Easy interface and I can store my money on Deel Card, which saves me from keeping international currency

Although their customer service is mostly good, they take a bit time to review complex issues.

I can get paid easily, the user interface is simple, and I don't have to worry about local currency.

Nothing happened that I would write about any dislikes. But I will really appreciate if Deel will supporting www.htx.com after Binance. I will waiting for this.

They keep you posted all the time, since each payment is about to due, when the other party makes the payment, and exactly you will get you money. It's algo very easy to transfer funds to your day to day card
