Done Deel!
What do you like best about the product?
As a weekly user, Deel is super user friendly and transparent you are able to view in detail your current contract and full payment details when payment is issued by your provider. A great feature that Deel has is that if you are having an emergency and you need extra money Deel allows you to get an advance in which you would pay in your upcomming payment. Another great feature is the ability to document your expenses so that you know where your money is going. There are alot of other things you can do like Tax prep etc. By the way the Chat Customer service agents are phenomenol.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience the only downside is that Deel is unable to communicate with an offshore Bank directly when the payee is having a delay in their payent. Since most offshore banks have extra security layers depending on where the source of the payment is comming from. But yet again it's mostly a good thing because you know your money is protected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to get paid paid quick with no hassle and with a lower withdrawal fee. Also when I need extra money I opt out for Flexible Payments with Deel advance.

What do you like best about the product?
The chat function is amazing, even when you consider other companies providing dedicated account manager for custormer support, Deel manage to keep good relationship with their clients simply by having a good system inplace and well trained staff.

response time could be improved for email enquiries

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it greatly facilitates the hiring and payroll process for teams distributed across various countries, provides many options for withdrawing money, and even offers ways to save in dollars, which is greatly appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is only in English, which makes navigation a bit difficult for a Spanish-speaking user.

Deel accelerates the remote hiring process and gives confidence to both the client and the contractor regarding payment and task fulfillment.

What do you like best about the product?
OfDeel offers many options for choosing payment methods, which is helpful given that there are usually multiple options.
Another good point is that everything is very transparent, and you know exactly what you're receiving and when.

What do you dislike about the product?
For tax laws in some specific countries (in my case Brazil) there's a lack of information; a more detailed explanation of the specific laws could be given (which contractor type to choose, etc)

Helps receive my payment in a uncomplicated way.

Easy to use, you have visualization of all administrative processes. An excellent tool to manage your contracts.

Before, it was very difficult for me to manage my payments, now from a platform it makes it easier for me to work with a company that is not in my country.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been working remotly for an international company two years now and finding the best platform to make the payments has been a real struggle. Deel has present itself as the solution for this issues as it allow the company to pay us directly and it allow us to directly transfer the money to our bank accounts. In a few steps they send us the contract an we sign it. I haven't received yet my first payment but it doesn't look like I'm going to have any issues. We'll see.

The price for the company to hire a small team with worker contracts is super high and this is a big disadvantage for both the company and the workers.

Hiring people from other countries and paying them directly.
