I have been using Deel for my work and am extremely satisfied with their service.
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. Deel is absouletely clear and transparent in all their processes, ensuring there are no hidden surprises. Moreover, they are always punctual with payments, which is crucia for my financial planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
While there is nothing I particularly dislike about Deel, I sometimes receive emails that I find unnecessary and irrelevant. However, this is not a major issue. I highly reccomend Deel for anyone looking for a reliable a straightforward payment solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is solving the problem of navigating the complex financial world, wich is particularly challenging for someoune like me who works in a different field. The platform is very intuitive, making it easier for me to understand and manage financial matters that would otherwise be difficult to grasp.
One of the key benefits for me is that Deel semplifies financial processes and provides clear guidance, which saves me time and reduces my stress. This is especially important because English is not my native language, and Deel's user-friendly interface and straghtforward instructions make it much easier for me to understand and use.

What do you like best about the product?
I can get hired by companies outside of my country which gives me access to work with talented individuals across the globe. The platform allows me to send money to my different accounts in a straightforward manner, and I can track the funds easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should try to avoid agencies in the middle and focus on building a direct relationship between companies and the contractors/employees.

It is allowing me to get hired by a company in the USA.

Great Experience and Customer Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love how fast it works and how easy it is to make withdrawals. I have never had any problems with the platform, and the only time I reached out to support was to verify information. They were incredibly agile and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
We could use more detailed information about the Deel card on the Card tab. Some info is not detailed, such as what happens after you keep money for more than 90 days, etc. Adding more text or maybe tooltips could help clarify this information. However, Support is knowledgeable and can help address any questions.

Receiving payments from clients around the world
A very friendly user site and offers a lot of services. All in one.
What do you like best about the product?
They offer advance payment that helps people a lot when they were short of budget and next payday is still 2 weeks long for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Customer support is not that very helpful sometimes. And they reply so delay.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No need to email the company for a copy of Certificates and contracts and wait for weeks to receive it because deel has it all.

Its very easy to use, I access it once a week, its fast great to implement and fees are very low fees. Great customer experience. It works great with my bank account and card

No downside overall, a mobile app would be a great addition!
