Seamless user experience
What do you like best about the product?
Deel makes working as a contractor incredibly easy and straight-forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I'd like to see is the internationalization of invoices so that I can send them directly to my accountant.

It provides easy and instant payouts, as well as expense tracking and invoice generation.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool was very easy to understand and to roll to executives and managers. All of the data is easily accessible and easy to export. It is very a intuitive system. The support and implementation team were by far the best I have ever worked with. Quick response times and always willing to help. We customized our tool for our business and have been so happy. Highly recommend!
What do you dislike about the product?
Its a new product. While there are still lots of features in development, the team has been great to listen to our requests and quickly move them to the product team to make them available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product allowed us to intergrate compensation benchmark data from other resources. This allows us to create comp bands to see how we compare to other organizations from a comp standpoint and allowed us to see at the employee level how our pay compares to market rate compensation.

The flexibility of matching 401k and health care plans.

My company does not have a US entity so they are using Deel to hire us.

Very straightforward process and UI/UX. Also, the payments always came on time which is great.

Maybe it's a little hard to see the previous invoices. It took me sometime to find that they were in 'contracts' tab.
