The best payment app
What do you like best about the product?
Having the opportunity to use Deel Advance is extremely helpful, I had a last minute emergency and I had my money within minutes. This app is like no other, it's easy to use, secure and very clear towards your payment.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I dislike is a very easy app to use.

What do you like best about the product?
I use deel every other week and I can say it's a user-friendly app for digital transactions, offering simplicity and reliability. It was easy to adapt to and it's incredibly straightforward to navigate, from signing up to making payments. The customer support team is prompt and helpful, ensuring any issues are properly addresed. A useful tool for managing your finances effortlessly. Plus, it seamlessly integrates with other apps and services, adding to its convenience. Overall, it simplifies digital transactions without the unnecessary fuss.

With Deels is easier to find all the resources in the same place. I can see how many hours I´ve worked and my expected payment, besides issuing invoices and oher resources
Good platform, conversions on the lower rate
What do you like best about the product?
It's nice and helpful in many ways, it's very convenient. After having worked for other US companies, there was always an issue with the payment, or the means they used to pay employees kept a larger portion of my paycheck, Deel has a very helpful platform and it's very easy to learn how to use for what we all as foreign workers want: to see our paycheck and to be able to transfer it with ease into our designated bank account. I will give it a 10/10 on that part.
The process of getting enrolled into it is easier and faster than with a regular bank, it's pretty straightforward, and if you have all your documents together, it'll take you less than 10 minutes to get enrolled. Once enrolled, the tutorial guides you through everything you need to know (and more lol), and it's honestly worth it given that Deel has lot of really cool features, coupons, and discounts available, I for example, as a Rappi user, really apppreciated the 3 free months of Rappi Prime, though I did have to ask for help from a very helpful customer support agent who guided me through how to activte the coupon.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I didn't like about Deel is that it does convert the dollar into your currency and it uses the lower rates, in my case, the dollar is kinda struggling against the MXN peso, so my paycheck is already not what it could have been once when 1 USD = 20 MXN, and I did notice that Deel made the conversion about .20 cents less than what it was at the time.
This is the only reason I didn't want to give Deel a 10/10, though I do recognize it may not be under their jurisdiction, but it's still a bit of a bummer.

Weird dynamics and discrepancies between me (the employee) and the employer when it comes to my paycheck.
