Deel made the process really quick and easy for me

The simplicity on the UI and the quick process to perform any action.

Nothing, they are doing a great job here.

So far, in my experience, it has been easy to use, without complications, and with great understanding when it comes to navigating, using it, and performing my tasks with it.
So far, I have not used the support function or channel, which in my opinion indicates that it is intuitive and easy to navigate.

I use it or plan to use it monthly, at the times when my payroll or contract payment is made.
It has several options that, for now, perhaps due to lack of need, I have not resorted to.

For now, I don't have any functionality, scenario, or moment where the platform displeases me or is not to my liking.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In essence, it helps me to be able to bypass certain processes that hinder the receipt or sending of money to countries like Colombia, where I am located, which represents a delay in payroll payments/collections and therefore negatively impacts my lifestyle.

It is not possible to buy crypto with the card

I am an immigrant who fled my country and arrived without legal documents from my home country. I only have a safe conduct pass from the current country where I now live. Deel assisted me with the verification process, and I am receiving my payments without any issues.

It is easy to set up from scratch a s a new employer

It may be confusing having to many option related to withdrawl money

I like deel fir fast widrawal. Easy to get in touch with customer service anytime!

None as they have covered most inquiries that I had.

Delays in payment. They always check and provide tranparency when my clients pay hasn't reflected yet.
