Fast transaction
What do you like best about the product?
Deal is very user friendly. What I like the most about it is the security process because it makes me feel that my account is really secured.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about deel is the cash advance system, it's really convenient. All of the agents are accommodating if i needed any help with anything!

It is the easiest when it comes to receiving payments from contractor and i love how i could easily track the payment

How instructive your platform is and how easy its transactions are.

They are a bit restricted in certain countries, but I understand that it is for security reasons.

The traceability of receiving my payment from abroad to Colombia without so much protocol that must be done through the money desk, likewise, they offer me the best market rate to convert the salary to the national currency.

It has many very good tools like Deel Advance and on many occasions when I have needed to advance my salary I have used this function.

So far I haven't found anything I dislike, it meets everything I need.

I have not had any problem that I have had to go to technical support
Getting paid has never been so easy and affordable

It is very easy to track money and the options for withdrawing it are good, and the fees are low.
What do you dislike about the product?
They removed the option to withdraw the balance directly to Binance, which made the costs slightly more expensive. Still, it remains the most convenient platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform we were using previously to get paid was intermittent, there were problems and several colleagues in my team were getting paid after 45 days because of these problems. Deel is much faster, takes care of privacy and understands the employee's need to get paid in a timely manner, and the company's need to have a reliable platform on which to pay its employees.

Like the last time, I have encountered a Bankinig Issue, and as I report it to the Customer Service, they give me a step by steo instructions on how am I going to resolve the issue.
