Everything works better than expected
What do you like best about the product?
Things work better than expected and the set expectations. The withdrawal, revision, contract structure. Hopefully the Deel Card will be the same, which I just started using.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't found anything to dislike so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me receive payments from my contractor in the US.

Deel is essy to use and set up, it probably took me less than 10 minutes to navigate the platform and learn how to use it

Probably the fees should be more clear when you pick a form of payment.

Getting paid overseas
The platform is very user-friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
I like it for several reasons, first because it verifies the identity of users very well, and also because it is very simple to use, guiding you through each step to follow. And also because it allows the use of different payment methods, which is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel serves as a means for me to receive payments and manage my relationship with the company I am dealing with. I think it solves the problem of being in a country outside the USA and being able to receive my payments easily.

That is not complicated and everything is really understandable.

Not having the Deel card available in my country

The fact that I do not need to worry on how to get paid in my country, is not complicated.

the interface, it could be better, more intuitive and centralized than having that lot of tabs

It is solving my payments problems when my company is located in the united states and they pay me over to Costa Rica it solves a lot of inconvenience from sending money internationally

We need more withdrawal methodsbfor Costa Rica and other countries. It is not that easy for us to use wise, Payoneer, PayPal sometimes due to bank policies

It is helping mebto get paid from my employer in an easy, fast and secure way
A little confusing, but it was alright.

Wasn't my choice to use, but it was alright. Fairly easy to use.

Not very clear on the CEST part, some members didn't have to do it, I did.

It's not up to me, it's up to PocketFM. They chose your software to use to pay the contractors. We didn't really have a say in it.
