Great Payment Processor
What do you like best about the product?
The company I work at have been using Deel for past few months now. And as of now, I had no issues with payments coming from my company though Deel. I always receive it in a timely manner.
What I love about Deel is their Local Transfer. In the past, old payment processor was taking at least 3-4 days to send the money to my Bank Account after transfer but after we switched to Deel it changed everything. I started receiving my money in my Bank Account within an hour or two which is fabulous.
When I needed help with my account the Deel support replied my ticket instantly and cleared all my doubts and concerns. Their reply time is unimaginable I really love what Deel is doing for us.
Please keep up the great work and thanks for being a great Payment Processor.

What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I dislike. Everything is perfect at Deel.com.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are doing their best everyday to make the Payment Processing more efficient. They are adding many new features such as Tax Questioning section etc. Which I really like.

For me none, I just use it to get paid, so for me it's really good.

My employer doesn't have a company in Brazil or account to pay his employees, so with deel he solves this and it's very effective.
Its a good solution for contractors, freelancers etc with a "all in one place" solution

easy to get my invoices and to transfer my wage to my bank account.

need to login every time. Maybe with 2fa based on biometry (face id) should solve this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that is an all-in-one solution for managing contracts, invoices, and getting paid. Additionally, is very easy for a contractor to withdraw money in different ways, they have many providers.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Deel card is great, but they have had issues with it in the past, like payments that are duplicated. However, the amazing costumer support of Deel has always been there to support me in these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem that Deel is solving for me is helping me manage my contract, invoices and payments with a US-based company. Also, handling my payments and transferring them to my local account.
Using the Deel app has been a seamless experience for managing work.

The work submission is super easy, and I work with many deliverables, so, explain every item and justify how much time I spent on it is really easy. And the payment process is super fast.

It logs me out every 30 minutes or so, I can't keep the platform continually open. I would like to keep myself logged in longer, because sometimes I need to upload a lot of files

I submit a lot of deliverables in my work, deel help me to keep track of the time spent in each one and at the end of the month, being able to charge a more accurate value
